After deciding to undertake my Everest of a DIY project, I visited Easy Bathrooms in Fareham after using the companies website to design a bathroom. Pip did a wonderful job from initial design to ordering, being patient while i changed my mind and made several enquiries on different products. I definitely had a very specific vision and Pip’s patience through design and ordering was exceptional. She is a credit to the Easy Bathrooms team and I would have no reservations in recommending her.

Excellent service from Pip at easy bat(rooms in Newgate Lane Fareham. Totally rushed off her feet but still squeezed me in to take details and show me some styles. I didn’t have an appointment so I was ver6 impressed. Really needs some extra hands!
Final design for my ensuite was lovely and a very good price. Lovely showroom. Well done Pip.

The staff in Fareham are more than helpful and really know the range of products... which is extensive! They understand the extent of your project and can really support this.
The showroom in Fareham has an excellent variety of bathroom fittings on display which makes it easier to decide what to choose.
The delivery went to plan, and everything was extremely well packaged and brought into the hallway for me.
I am more than happy with the quality of the fittings from easy bathrooms, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

EDIT: Unfortunately aftercare has been terrible, we have had wrong items, damaged items, faulty items and trying to get these sorted has been a nightmare. Becky has tried her best to sort things, but only works two days a week, so we have ended up speaking with Karen and Pip, who have turned out to be extremely unhelpful. We ended up going to Portsmouth store as more things went wrong, to avoid having to deal with them.
The other trouble is the staff in store seem to have little freedom or power to resolve things themselves and they have to keep emailing Customer Services / Technical Team before we can get any replacements for things, despite having photos / videos as proof. This then often takes days for them to hear back. Very frustrating process and have never come across a brand / store like it. This is not the store staff's fault, but really isn't good for customers.
I really didn't want to change my review to be negative, but after a lot of thought I feel we need to be honest about our experience, as I have been very upset and stressed, particularly with how we've been treated by Pip. I really wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same. We are so fed up, we now have Head of Retail looking into resolving things for us.

EDIT 2: 20th March and still trying to get things rectified 2 months later! I emailed the Head of Retail Gary Smith in mid February and he initially replied and promised to sort everything out. Not a word from him since, despite chasing a couple of times! We have now been sent one part, which surprise, surprise, isn't the right thing. Still no bath panel, handle or most importantly no update on the toilet that isn't flushing properly! No acknowledgement about the leaky sink either, which is definitely to do with the product and not the fitting, due to where the leak is!

Please don't use this company, wouldn't want anyone else to go through this, never dealth with a worse company!

Staff were pleasant and very helpful in store. We ordered our bathroom tiles on line and it was very efficient and easy to do. Delivery was very quick. Would definitely use them again.

Sourced all materials for a downstairs cloakroom overhaul. Late delivery of vanity unit was addressed adequately but then it was found that the basin they specified was incompatible. Had no choice but to accept second hand unit. Supplied marked and with importable fixings. Issues cost me an extra £300 with my builder. They offered a measly £50 in compensation. Thought I was getting a good deal with a 42% discount and would be less risky sourcing all materials from one place! Would never use them again and suggest anyone who does, to ensure they take receipt of everything well in advance and check thoroughly.

Had a fantastic service from pippa at fareham branch, spent a few thousand with them ,had to return a couple of items which totalled about £150 but customer service refused to accept the return,one was slightly damaged other was not needed , I won't be recommending the company due to the customer service ,being unreasonable

From the moment we walked into Easy Bathrooms in Fareham, we were greeted by Karen. We didnt have an appointment but it was no problem, Karen showed us round the various showrooms, gave us ideas for colours and layouts and listened to what we wanted. She pointed out various items that would work together and then gave us the time to consider the options. Karen helped with a CAD too which was sent to us via email for us to see the potential finished bathroom. We felt no pressure to buy but after previous experiences in a different store we felt more than happy to place our order, we made a few changes along the way and Karen was always happy to help. We also had help from Pip and she was also so helpful when we placed our order. I would highly recommend Easy Bathrooms and would use them again. 10/10

Staff at Fareham did not inform us in the short 15 minutes they processed our order 16.45 to 17.00hrs that eastbrooks items are non returnable and non refundable. Our agreement is with easy bathrooms not eastbrooks. Easy bathroom purchase from eastbrooks and therefore have the discretion to adjust and return the items, considering they messed up. order was rushed and they did not inform us. delivery was 3 weeks from order date. We went back less than a week later to adjust the order only to be told, its non refundable. They promised Head office would sort it out and promptly and emailed HO. The staff in the branch are helpful. Elissa in HO 5* the ladies at Fareham 5*....cannot thank you all enough for getting it resolved. Easy bathrooms need to make processes easier for staff who are customer facing. It's not fair for them to be stressed because of poor processes internally.

Easy Bathrooms Fareham have an excellent example of customer service. Each time we needed to visit (4 times I think) one of the 2 ladies had remembered us and our requirements. They made it such an easy process to choose and order and arrange delivery, that we returned to purchase for our second bathroom.
