Your trying to increase trade sells , every order I've paid for has delayed delivery more then once , costing me money and time on jobs also having to rebook following trades causing distress for my clients
Had to get a refund and go elsewhere

Very helpful, friendly and genuinely interested. Lyndsey helped me stay within my budget and gave me plenty of time to choose the products. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We purchased tiles from the Folkestone branch. The service was top notch. Daryl and his colleague were very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. Certainly would recommend.

Lynsey from the Folkestone branch was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She came out to the house and advised on design etc and came up with a plan that we were happy with. Nothing was too much trouble even when we changed our minds on some of the fittings. The fixtures and fittings are good quality and once the order was placed the items were delivered quickly. A couple of items needed to be returned after checking but this was soon resolved after a couple of days without any fuss. We would definitely recommend Easy Bathrooms to supply all your bathroom requirements.

The first thing that made our experience great was the show room the amount of different products to choose from and the lay out of the products. The staff were very helpful and informative and gave us two books on there products. We found all the product we needed for the refurbishment of our bathroom and returned and purchased them. Have told everyone about easy bathrooms.

Totally incompetent and will hide behind terms and conditions to avoid refunds on items not fit for purpose. For example- toilet unit in gold which came with chrome fittings so a mix and match which is my fault as I should have checked that is what they supply. Easy bathrooms provided the quote which overstated the bags of grout and cement by 10 bags but won’t accept returns even though they stand to win and I will lose by there inability to estimate the amount required even though they are the so called experts. Many other issues but they are not interested so I am now issuing in the small claims court and can’t wait for their representative to tell the district judge their terms and conditions over rule my consumer rights Its not the money but the principal and their sharp practice. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. There are plenty of other companies out there which will not try to shaft you and will provide an after service

Staff were friendly and helpful.
The only fault was that I was not contacted when my order came in. and it was just chance that I called in.
They did have my email and phone number

I bought standard adhesive, the store did not have the tile nosing I wanted or the rapid set adhesive but the young lad recognised me from past purchases and loaded the care for me

Was really impressed with the service and quality of the end product.
Was served by Dean, polite young man explained things clearly had previous knowledge in the trade he was selling so I trusted his opinion.

We got the deal done and all parties happy.

Easy Bathrooms Folkestone: A Nightmare of Broken Promises and Broken Tiles
My experience with Easy Bathrooms in Folkestone has been nothing short of a complete disaster. From appalling customer service to repeated deliveries of damaged goods, this company has turned what should have been an exciting bathroom renovation into a stressful and expensive ordeal.
The initial delivery of our tiles arrived on a pallet, and it was immediately apparent that a significant number of boxes were damaged. The bottom of the pallet was a mess of shattered tiles. Upon closer inspection by our fitters, even more broken tiles were discovered within seemingly intact boxes. When we reported this to Easy Bathrooms, their response was utterly unacceptable: they refused to replace the broken tiles because we hadn't reported the damage within 48 hours of delivery. This arbitrary timeframe, without considering the practicalities of unpacking and thoroughly checking a large pallet of tiles, forced us to purchase additional tiles at our own expense.
This was just the beginning of our troubles. We waited another week for a replacement delivery, only to find that again, four boxes of tiles were smashed upon arrival at the Folkestone branch. This necessitated yet another week's delay and further costs, as our fitters had to be paid for two extra days of labour.
Adding insult to injury, our LED mirror was delivered with a crack in the top corner. Predictably, Easy Bathrooms again refused to take responsibility, citing the same 48-hour reporting window. We hadn't removed the mirror from its packaging as we weren't ready to install it, due to the tile delays.
In summary:
* Repeated deliveries of broken tiles: Three deliveries in total, each with significant damage.
* Unacceptable customer service: Refusal to replace damaged goods due to a rigid and impractical 48-hour reporting policy.
* Significant financial loss: Forced to purchase additional tiles and pay for extra fitter labour.
* Damaged mirror: No recourse for a cracked product due to the same flawed policy.
My advice is simple:
* Avoid Easy Bathrooms at all costs. Their customer service is abysmal, and their products are clearly handled with negligence.
* If you absolutely must use them, inspect every single item upon delivery, even if you are not ready to install it. Document any damage thoroughly, and report it immediately within their unreasonable 48-hour window.
Easy Bathrooms is anything but "easy." They have transformed a simple bathroom renovation into a frustrating and costly nightmare.
