Local staff were great but their central customer service are not only unhelpful they are dishonest - we are missing half of our tile order - they were not delivered and customer service attitude is you can buy some more at a discount! They fob you off saying their stocks are right and completley ignore consumer rights law so we are having to take them to court - be very careful dealing with this company their logistics are terrible (we had already had to sort out the wrong parts being delivered) and their attitude is 'we've had your money so on yer bike' I have never experienced such a blatently poor approach to missing goods by a company, no wonder they demand payment in advance!
I will update this review once our court process is complete.

TOM Was very helpful, listening to what I wanted as opposed to trying to sell what he wanted.

Amazed at variety of products available.
I chose a smaller bath as I am small and it fitted my space better.
I would nor have chosen tiles but these were great.

From the moment I walked in - with no real idea about what was involved - Scott and his team from the branch in Galashiels - took infinite care to ensure that I ordered everything need to remove a bath and replace it with a walk in shower, down to the very last measurement. As a result, I have an amazing new en-suite bathroom with no gaps or spaces. A truly professional service delivered with great care and humour. Thank you, Xxx

It’s five weeks since I told the Galashiels branch that there was a crack in the bath. I sent you photographs of the fault and the bath was returned. No response until I wrote a trustpilot review on Tuesday. You asked for further info - again - on Wednesday. I’ve heard nothing back. Can you respond urgently and let me know when I will be refunded.

I had been looking around different shops and the service here was by far the best .

Good quality stock and friendly helpful staff.

Would have given 5 stars but had a problem with delivery. No communication from depot regarding delivery and got told at 10 to 5pm that I was not going to have my delivery that day. Rang the local easy bathrooms shop where I purchased my new bathroom and Richard the regional manager and Shane the store manager couldn't have been more help. Richard did everything in his power to make sure that we would receive our order and couldn't apologise enough for the delay. I would recommend using easy bathrooms, and found the experience in the Galashiels store with Shane very good. Thanks once again to Richard and Shane for sorting out the glitches with our order.
