Really polite, helpful, happy & knowledgeable staff!
No pressure sales environment, with the added bonus of a bit of banter!
Will was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Deliveries were made as promised.

Walked into the Harlow store, was in there for about 15 minutes, one staff member at the front of the shop totally engrossed in her mobile didn't even acknowledge us even when we walked right pass her, absolutely shocking service, i definitely don't advise going in there.

When you spend over £5k on a full bathroom suite on 18/2 and the order is wrong and not completed until 22/5 - enough said.

Damaged radiator supplied
Slow response to rectify issues.

Only shop in my area that supplies the adhesive and grout that I like.
Staff are very friendly and very helpful.

Great quality, now planning to upgrade the main bathroo.

Loved dealing with the staff in store at Harlow. Very knowledgeable. Good product and nice finish.

Terrible communication and also rubbish delivery. Paid in store complete on a sunday. Was called on the monday from the dispatch to say they cant deliver on the Wednesday as booked. I can have tuesday or thursday. As job was ment to be done thursday I chose the tuesday. On tuesday after waiting till afternoon had a phone call to arrange for thursday delivery. When challenged about the delivery being today the tuesday. They had no info on it even tho I had an email. Then received the item late evening on the thursday by a courier after paying them for there own delivery service. Plus one panel was damaged. Poor service after initial in store service.

We recently purchased bathroom shower trays from the Easy Bathrooms store in Harlow and had a really great experience. The salesman was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain the different options available and helped us choose the right shower trays for our bathroom without any pressure.

The quality of the products is excellent and exactly what we were looking for. What really stood out was the level of customer service — professional, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find the best solution.

Overall, a very smooth and positive experience. I would definitely recommend the Easy Bathrooms Harlow store to anyone looking for quality bathroom products and great customer service.

Looking tiles which I need only 1 piece.
There is guy name Will prince he is very helpfull.
He knew I am looking only 1 tiles and he is took there tiles.
He is very professional happy to help.
I requested him he can put my tiles in my car.

I used the ‘Easy Bathrooms’ store in Harlow, Essex and was helped by a guy called ‘Will Prince.’ He was extremely helpful, and over 2 visits I went from taking random pics of stuff I liked in store-to 2 whole new bathrooms designed and deposit paid for both.
Will was patient, helpful and professional, but we had a laugh too.

*** Update… both bathrooms are now completed with my private fitter. Really pleased. They turned out better than expected… 😀 However, I’ve downgraded my review from 5 stars to 4 stars just based on how long it took for the refund of my return was items to be processed…. (More of a H/O issue-rather than store-but I still had to chase it)

Very helpful and knowledgeable

I was served by Denise at the Harlow store. Denise is very experienced in her field with designing bathrooms. I was shown a few options as my bathroom isn't particularly big, and was very happy with my purchase. I am over the moon how now my bathroom has been transformed.

I visited Easy Bathrooms in Harlow and had the pleasure of meeting Will to help me with choosing 2 bathroom suites. I needed tiles, shower, bath, taps, toilets, basins etc.

I originally wanted to redesign both bathrooms which involved Will reconfiguring them using their very helpful 3D design software. Unfortunately, due to living in a flat and the cost of reconfiguring (pipe work and wastage systems) being too high I had to result back to replacing everything for new in the same places.

This meant going back to basics and redesigning the bathrooms again with Will. He was very knowledgeable, patient, personable, worked within my budget, honest, great attention to detail and efficient. He was also very happy to show me around the showroom to look at the vast amount of products Easy Bathrooms has to offer meaning I finally decided on everything with his helpful guidance.

Will was also always available on the phone and on emails and even spoke to my builder about any questions he had. I even changed my mind on something the next day and he swiftly amended the order and sent me a new invoice.

He also kindly arranged a two man delivery as soon as possible (4 working days later).

Overall, very pleased with the customer service I received and the products I have chosen. Highly recommend.

An extra cupboard was added to our fitted units that we did not have room for. We were unaware they had done this until our fitter tried to fit the units in. This caused so much agro for us and them. Our toilet is now up against the wall and we have no room to put the paper holder anywhere. Also the sink template was wrong, we have had to order a new part, but of course our fitters got blamed, again no fault of Easy Bathrooms! No apology or explanation again. I love the look of my bathroom, but its not how it should be and I was really unhappy with the way these issues were dealt with. No responsibility taken for anything.

The design service was excellent, the installation team worked very hard to a high standard, but, the wrong tiles were ordered and many were broken upon delivery, the wrong shower pump was delivered twice causing unnecessary stress. Other materials were also bought but not used as the installation team didnt really understand the initial design plan and so I have a palette of return items blocking my garage and despite taking 3 additional days off work for these items so be collected so that I can be refunded, the collection team have not turned up.10 weeks later I still have the excess materials they promised to.collect.

Ordered wrong parts twice,and waited for refund for weeks.
Had to keep ringing to get refund.

Initial interactions were good. However, they messed up an order and when I travelled to collect the item from the store - days after it should have been delivered it still wasn't there. I asked them to send it onto me, as it was a small item and I live some distance away. Then I got complete radio silence from both the store and head office customer services. Had to travel again to collect.Disappointing and received no apology,
