Easy Bathrooms" {though it is not "Easy" for the family} order and the significant inconvenience, delays, additional costs, and repeated issues that we have experienced as family.

The latest issue concerns the tile quantities supplied. The bathroom area was measured and calculated by Easy Bathrooms, and I relied on those calculations when placing my order. However, the quantity of tiles delivered is insufficient to complete the installation.

As the measurements and calculations were undertaken by Easy Bathrooms, this shortfall is a direct result of incorrect advice and planning provided by your company.

This error has now caused a serious delay to our building works. Our builders are already on-site and scheduled to install the tiles, specificaly four persons who are dedicatedly sourced to this project. Any delay caused by the need to source additional tiles will result in significantly extra labour charges being passed directly to me. Had the shortage arisen through my own miscalculation, I would have accepted responsibility, however, in this case I relied entirely on the measurements and calculations provided by Easy Bathrooms.

Unfortunately, this is not an isolated issue. Throughout this project I have encountered multiple problems with my order, including:

Heating mat,
Towel rail,We had to compromise for a different color towel rail.
Matching valves requiring replacement and a showroom visit.
These additional visits to the store were caused purely by poor planning and decision making on the part of "Easy bathrooms".
Multiple delays, wasted time, additional travel costs, inconvenience, and disruption to the project schedule.
Because of the inaccuracy in measurements, I have to bear the extra labour cost and that is so significant.

Aleea was extremely helpful she knows the products and was able to provide good advice. I over ordered and the return was stress free great service and reasonably priced goods I would recommend this company

We went looking for a new radiator and needed some advice on which would be best suitable. The salesman was very helpful and took time to hear our requirements and found a few suitable options. He was very knowledgeable and also knew we would need valves and found the correct ones which would match the new radiator. Great experience overall.

Bought my entire bathroom (spent nearly three thousand pounds) with Easybroom Hayes in January. They kept if for a few months which I was very grateful for. However, I collected it and had to wait on my builders a bit, by the time I got to using the bath panel, we realised the colour (off white) and design didn't go well with the rest of the white bathroom. The store manager was very helpful but customer service is a big no. The customer service did not agree to refund or exchange as my delivery had passed 30 days. Once over 30 days they don't want to hear from you so beware. Otherwise the bathroom looks good.

Aleea was an absolute delight as she patiently explained the different types of handwash units on display. That helped us to make the choices that we are happy with. We were also able to get a discounted price for the two units we bought.

I bought my entire bathroom at the Hayes branch. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable . I didn't have my builder available for several months and they arranged for my bathroom to be kept in their warehouse until I needed it. For that I am extremely grateful as I didn't have the storage space at home. I paid for a two-man delivery but it wasn't clear that they don't go upstairs to deliver.
The store was very understanding and refunded me the delivery fee in full. My general experience was very good and so I would highly recommend Easy Bathrooms.
