We are repeat customers at Easy Bathrooms Hemel and always have a good experience there with all of the staff there. Our dealings with Luke have always been helpful, professional and polite and we have been kept informed of deliveries etc. Overall a good experience. Recommended.

This is my second time of using Easy Bathrooms and it was just as good as the first time albeit a different branch. Their goods are excellent in quality and their customer service is also excellent. Their staff are helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend Easy Bathrooms and have already done so.

Choose our bathroom suite, paid the full amount at the time, but told them we didn’t need the suite for two weeks until our builders were due to start.
We get a phone call a few days before the suite is due to be delivered telling us that the shower, toilet and bath panel we chose are now out of stock😡. How can this be??? Terrible situation to find ourselves in 3 days before our builders are due to start. We then had no choice but to choose different items.
This is completely unacceptable Easy Bathrooms not a good experience for us, we were let down very badly.

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ Sales assistant helped with ordering my bathroom and ordered the incorrect size glass for the shower tray! Unfortunately due to building delays we didn’t notice the glass was the incorrect size also not being a bathroom fitter we didn’t know! So ringing customer service said they couldn’t do anything about it so ended up costing me £438 and offered me a 50% off but there was a 40% sale on ABSOLUTE JOKE PEOPLE CHECK WHAT YOU ORDER AS THESE SALES ASSISTANCE DONT HAVE A CLUE JUST IN FOR THE SALE AND TARGETS TO HIT they should be wearing a mask robbing buggers easy bathrooms. Now I hope you all have a pleasant day.

Whilst our bathroom is relatively small, it is a quite complicated space and required attention to detail. Our experience with Easy Bathrooms was excellent throughout, design to installation. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and materials. The staff and fitters were very friendly and professional.

Callum from the Hemel Hempstead location has been very helpful, professional and accommodating. Renovating our bathroom is a significant investment and he has been able to explain it all, help with design and suggesting solutions. Prices are also not bad and the variety of products is good. Though I wish you had more sink options.

Quick to acknowledge me on entering the store but not pouncing on me to hard sell. Let me browse then very helpful on ordering stuff and getting information for me.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and patient so whatever you are planning do go in and have a chat.

We have had a super experience with Callum at easy in Hemel. Very professional, responsive and helpful from start to delivery. Went above and beyond. Hoping the finished product is as good as the customer service. Thank you

Great service from start to finish - we are absolutely delighted. The gentleman that fitted the bathroom cleaned up everyday and their attention to detail was fabulous
