We were seen to by Ben who was very helpful and patiently took us through a bathroom quotation, explaining things as we went through the quote

The website is easy to navigate and I was able to find what I was looking for very quickly. Photos are good showing the product clearly. Good clear email communication. The staff in the shop when we went to pick up the items were very friendly and carried the tiles to the car for us.

My second bathroom suite from these guys!! Amazing service start finish, lovely staff in the Huddersfield store designed and created my beautiful bathroom with me and my husband, everything was delivered promptly. Needed a spare floor tile they advised me to go to the warehouse in Wakefield again lovely helpful staff ordered and collected it no bother!
It looks amazing!!!!

Martyn at Huddersfield store was extremely helpful and patient when going through our options and order.
We have now bought everything from here for both both our en-suite and downstairs wc. Will be going back next year for the main bathrooms.

We have always been pleased with the products and service we get from Easy Bathrooms. We bought five bathrooms and two cloakroom sets from them in 2012 and have been delighted with the quality and service ever since.

Once again we are very pleased and impressed with the level of service we received, from Easy Bathrooms Huddersfield. We needed a replacement cartridge for our shower unit (which we installed in 2016!) rang Huddersfield and they got straight to it, model number etc.....placed order for us. 2 weeks later we collected the part, replaced it, and shower unit fixed. Excellent 👌,would highly recommend Easy Bathrooms.

I recently purchased a toilet online for collection from the Huddersfield branch, as it was available there quickly. When I arrived, I noticed the same toilet was nearly £40 cheaper in-store. I raised this with a sales rep, but was told I needed to contact the central team since the purchase was made online.

I called the central team, but the representative couldn't resolve the issue without a manager's input. While they let me know when the manager would be available, I had to wait over an hour for an update. I chose to wait, as I had a 1.5-hour drive home and didn’t want to risk needing to return.

Although the issue was eventually resolved, the process was frustrating and inefficient. There needs to be better coordination between online and in-store teams, especially when it comes to pricing discrepancies. Faster resolution and clearer communication would greatly improve the customer experience.

Really helpful and welcoming staff in the huddersfield branch...I'm buying a new house and the bathroom fittings needed to be agreed but I had no idea of which products had been allocated... Matt in the huddersfield branch really helped me to find what I needed even though he knew there wouldn't be a sale for him at all...plus he worked through his lunch! Really helpful service and I will definitely be back when I need bathroom fixtures and fittings in the future! Thank you so much

Called here looking for a specific type of toilet seat. Spoke to David Garforth who was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately he couldn't supply what I was looking for but went out of his way to find someone who could. Exemplary service even though I didn't buy anything. Obviously a good company to deal with.

I dealt with Sally Kirrane she was extremely knowledgeable, had fantastic ideas about layouts and made great alternative proposals, to maximise my bathroom space.
Sally designed 3 bathrooms for me, recommending products and features to enhance each bathroom. Would not have got the most out of my space were it not for Sally. Thank you so much, comes very highly recommended by me.

Update 11.06.25 in desperation I contacted the Wakefield store and spoke to the manager Alex. He was the absolute opposite of the Huddersfield branch - followed up with us, called back as stated, polite and professional. Just avoid the Huddersfield branch if you can and go to Wakefield!

Awful experience at the Huddersfield branch if you need a spare or have any problems. This is the second time we've needed parts and both have been a nightmare trying to sort out. All cartridges need replacing on tap and shower after 4 years. Trying to get the parts to replace (we have to pay for them) is an ongoing nightmare, sales staff give a variety of excuses as to why they can't seem to get the right parts and don't appear to give two hoots that they ordered the wrong parts or just forgot. They blame technical and vice versa. Latest fiasco is to be told they now don't have the parts at all and can't do a refund as their systems have changed. No pride in what they do, make a sale then actively make things impossible to sort. Avoid this company they will takes your money deliver the goods (eventually) and then treat their customers like garbage.
