A seamless transition from virtual plans to complete bathroom. Any changes needed were taken care of in store and by their fitters.

Bought two items for my new bathroom. Fantastic quality for a great price and look stunning. The staff in Lichfield branch were superb! I’ve recommended them to all my friends.

Worst company ever. Owner only cares about profit, hence the low reviews. Don’t waste you money, far too expensive. They will not accept returns on broken items.

I have had a terrible experience with easy bathrooms. we ordered a custom bath which arrived wrong. we were told 5-10 days for fitting on the 11th November and only in January was it finished. we were left with no radiator , no bathroom door as it needed trimming down , this was in winter and made our house so cold. I am disabled and need grab rails to get safely in and out of the bath which were not fitted which resulted in injuring myself when I slipped and hit my leg. at first I was understanding of the situation as the manufacturer made the bath wrong not easy bathrooms themselves and I was promised compensation as an apology once fitting was finsihed. during all this we were given a pump to improve the water flow (£399) and had that fitted whilst the bathroom was being finished. The bathroom is now finished and ive been told that after consulting with higher management the water pump is sufficient compensation and we wont receive any money back. £15,000 we paid for a bathroom to be fitted in 5-10 days it took almost 3 months. personally I don't find £400 an acceptable token of apology for this whole spectacle

We went with a list of items to get with some idea but needed help with some of them,Tom the assistant at Lichfield branch was really helpful to make sre we had what we wanted

A good collection of bathroom furniture and fittings, very well priced , good quality, and very friendly and helpful staff

Ordered and paid for tiles off Web site after visiting local store several times. No indication that tiles were out of stock. Delivered 2 weeks after original date stated. We had tiles left in unopened boxes but Easy Bathrooms would not take returns ( unlike other suppliers have done). This was not made clear at point of sale. Hidden in small print. Will not be recommending them to anyone.

We undertook a double-storey extension and major renovations while living in the property with children and working full-time, so it was no small task. Craig at Easy Bathrooms Lichfield took on the challenge of designing three bathrooms and a WC, and he did an exceptional job.

He listened carefully, understood our vision, offered clear and honest advice about what would and wouldn’t work, and accommodated our many design changes — even when we ended up reverting to the original plans! Throughout the process, Craig remained professional, patient, and fully committed to the project.

His passion for bathroom design really helped guide us towards the best choices, and thanks to his expertise, we only needed to visit the showroom a couple of times — he handled the rest. Craig is undoubtedly an asset to Easy Bathrooms, and we would wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone considering a new bathroom.
