I ordered a replacement part for our Easy Bathrooms shower. The store I ordered it from then closed for refurbishment. I was rather left in limbo. However, I contacted the sales department online and they were brilliant and sorted the situation promptly, arranging the part to be delivered.

Starting with an excellent showroom, and continuing with good design service, and reasonable prices, the service was really good. Then the installation was of a very high standard with high quality materials. We were very happy indeed!

Very helpful staff. Good selection of equipment to look at. Held sale prices until we could take delivery.
Shower was delivered on time, has now been installed and is even better than we had hoped.
Special praise to the delivery man who was very helpful.

We have been using Easy Bathrooms for a few months now to do our house renovation. We went into the Nottingham branch and meet with Koi who is the most knowledgeable and helpful person and a complete pleasure to deal with. We had 4 bathrooms to do so it is a fairly big project and we keep changing our minds (and know nothing about bathrooms) so having Koi share his expertise with us has made the process so much easier and less stressful. We sometimes call him 3 or 4 times a day and he is just so lovely and helpful. We cannot thank Koi enough and will use him for any other project we have and cannot recommend him enough! Thanks so much Koi!

Showroom assistants were very helpful and easy to talk to.

Super Service, the minute we walked through the doors at their branch in Castle Boulevard, Nottingham. We were looked after by sales assistant Koi, who had listened to our bathroom refurbishment plans and patiently assisted and guiding us through their show room showing products that would be most suited to our requirements. Koi's knowledge on products was excellent and advice for us to take time in making our decision. We felt relaxed liaising with Koi, placed an order worth several thousand pounds on our second visit. Thereafter, Koi gave us assurance everything would be handle with great care on delivery of our order. Absolutely thorough with details, order was delivered on time and our independent installer was full of praises as no missing or damaged items when boxes were unpacked. Hats off to Koi and Easy Bathrooms staff on providing excellent customer service.

We recently purchased a range of equipment for two new bathrooms. The service we received was good, efficient and at an acceptable price. However, the sales representative was not forthcoming, at the time, with proper delivery information.

In the event, the delivery service was appalling. We were not told, until my Wife arranged a date and time window, and well after full payment which was made at the time of the original order, that delivery was to kerbside only. We had been charged, and paid, an extortionate £75 for a van driver with an electric fork lift to drop our purchases on the pavement

Two of the items came in boxes marked "two person lift may be required" and the weight of each was 44kg, way above Health and Safety lifting regulations.

I am 80 and my Wife 70, and neither of us are candidates for an Iron Man contest. The position was totally unacceptable. Fortunately, our builders kindly helped, and after a significant effort themselves, managed to take the boxes upstairs to where they were designated.

A complaint was made in writing and in strong terms to the Company which appeared, in its response, to be uncaring and dismissive and referred, unhelpfully, to their "terms and conditions" for delivery which were not shown or recited to us at all at the time of purchase. They said that they offer a two man service to a ground floor room only, which is useless, in my view, for heavy bathroom equipment in a conventional house, but only at an additional fee. They suggested that I may wish to consider that option in relation to future orders, as if I would give them any. I consider the response to be insulting in its lack of understanding.

After a perfectly good start, their lack of detailed delivery information and service ruined their reputation for me. In these days, when the concept of customer care and service is being left to box ticking and lip service, this Company seems to be competing strongly for a top position in the "Don't give a toss" league once they have your money.

Subsequently the Company has put in a reply and has confirmed it does not deliver to upper floors because of Health and Safety concerns. How do they cope with flats, and those who have conventional upstairs bathrooms. How are elderly people, or those who cannot lift heavy weights, supposed to manage

The Company has since offered a significant compensation payment which I believe it is the least they can do, but have still not explained what their customers are supposed to do with kerbside delivery at an extortionate cost, and why these matters were NOT dealt with at the time of purchase but were only later referred to as terms and conditions.

In my personal view, unfair trading.

It’s been a fantastic experience from start to finish with respect to dealing with Easy Bathrooms, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Koi, our designer, is experienced, skilled, friendly and professional and his design ideas are beautiful. He is also practical and brilliant at coming up with workable solutions to any challenges. We’ve gone for a bathroom refurb as well as a new installation and we’re so excited to start enjoying the benefits of both.

Ordered bathroom order was checked in the shop, after checking order later it was wrong there were two colours.
Rang shop this was sorted out.
I waited until the order was confirmed and spoke to transport to confirm that all items were on the van and that it was on its way before i took out the old one out.
I asked for an early delivery knowing this cant be promised however also knowing that from HQ I am not far away. They said they would make a note.
Driver turned up gone half five at night. He went past me and to Swindon first said the load had been put on the front. Funny that the van had front side door??????
Checked packages off two missing????
Opened boxes next day whole thing is the wrong colour light green instead of dark. SO changed the colour of the room and made it work, no drama.
Doors gfreen units grey and in shop door internal side was green to match front. These are white???? Grey cabinet green door white inside of door????
Shop tried to get missing items and after ringing constantly from me and apparently from them internally still nothing. Delivered Wednesday we are now Saturday have an incredibly short time frame before tenants arrive back both operating businesses bathroom for both and their customers.
Had to insist I pick items up from Wakefield.
Got there chap on counter completely didn't give a monkeys. I questioned door replied manufacturer has probably changed them.
The doors came with no blanks as all had been drilled each side for hinges. Ordered blanks took a week needed eight received three ordered again another week before the rest came
Complained to customer care had to wait ten minutes after explanation and pressure got £75 delivery fee back.
Whole experience cost me in excess of £1000 and fuming tenants.
Worked 4 x 16 hour shifts to catch up.
I have been fitting Bathrooms for 25 plus years.

Never again. If you gave Easy Bathrooms some Beer, a DJ bags of spurious powder and lots of randy women i doubt there would be a party.

Now check the reply they never solve anything or improve. They have had the order number already and my details and I have formally complained in person at HQ. So just a standard fob off to a customer giving other readers the impression they care

Koi was very helpful from start to finish. Happy with service.

Prices were very competitive. Customer service, both face-to-face and by phone, was very attentive, efficient, and sensitive to our preferences. They liaised and co-ordinated well with our contractors. Both sides helped to make a potentially complicated process run fairly smoothly.

Our preliminary order included all the bathroom 'furniture' plus all the wall tiles, so we thought that was 'job done'. Unfortunately it was only when we went to pay for everything that it became apparent that the tiles were no longer available, this obviously delayed the start of the refurbishment and I had to rearrange my plumber & tiler while we searched for alternative suppliers of tiles.
I think, with hindsight, it would be better if the tiles could be 'reserved' once the initial selection is made.
Having said that, the team at Easy Bathrooms Nottingham, were great. Charlotte gave us some really good advice at the planning stage and organised delivery and 'special' orders perfectly.
Mike also helped enormously when Charlotte was unavailable.
I would highly recommend Easy Bathrooms.

We were given advice about our choices, and offered alternatives. Ordering was easy - we gave our room measurements and were advised how many tiles we would need. We were offered a choice of delivery dates, to suit us, and we were contacted prior to delivery to advise us of time of day.

Vanity unit faulty they offered to replace the unit but I had to find tradesman and pay him to fit new one only been in 3wks since the bathroom was fitted. Waiting to see what I have to pay again for next. Not happy at all to be honest .

The staff were excellent. They weren't pushy and left us to look around and were extremely helpful when we made enquiries. We would shop there again without hesitation.

Ordering is easy and the staff help you through every step of the way. Reminding you of little things you’ll need to accomplish the final look you’re hoping for.
Quality of the products is first class. Delivery is quick and prompt.
