I would highly recommend Easy Bathroomd. Lily was fantastic in assisting with our project from start to finish. She was responsive, knowledgeable and really helped us with bringing our design to life. The range is lovely although expensive, however we were able to take advantage of the sale prices. I have recommended them to family and friends already based on my experience.

Great Staff and Products, Poor Delivery Service.

The products and the staff at Easy Bathrooms are brilliant. Unfortunately they are let down badly by a very poor and very expensive delivery service. Be warned that all deliveries are dropped at kerbside, unless you pay extra and they'll bring it inside the property for you, to any GROUND FLOOR Room. Not really a premium service when you've spent over £10,000 in store. In addition any extra deliveries you may need thereafter are charged at £75 a go very expensive. Very little can be picked up from the store, most stock has to be ordered on line, and delivered to you.

We are delighted with our new bathroom. After looking in several stores over a few weeks, we called in at Easy Bathrooms Nuneaton where we were made very welcome by Assistant Showroom Manager Hayat Habona. Her help in selecting the right products for our home was extremely useful. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we changed our minds on a couple of occasions! Hayat then booked an excellent installation company who have done a brilliant job. So all in all, we are very pleased with the service and the workmanship. My husband is a retired plumbing and heating engineer and was very impressed with the installation.

Lilly the woman who served me was excellent - very helpful and extremely pleasant. No problems ordering the radiator and it was delivered very quickly.

Brought a new vanity unit and tall wall mounted cabinet . When we open the cabinet box it was damaged. Rang customer service up and they replaced it next day no hassle. Excellent service would definitely use again.

Nuneaton branch - excellent customer service by showroom staff and Head Quarter staff. We went to the store multiple times and were attended by Lilly and Hayyat. We had to make tweaks and adjustments to our order a few times due to suprises being discovered during the project. Both staff members were extremely helpful in making changes and helping us. It felt that they are part of the journey with us and always available to discuss and make adjustments.it was a pleasure to be served by them. Also a special mention to the head quarter customer service team. We missed 30 day return window due some personal distractions but they were accomodating and accepted return of these items. The project started in Jan and competed in April due to some unforseen issues on our side

Hyatt in the Bermuda store was a joy to work with. Fantastic ideas and a fast Desighn has given me the confidence to go with easy ! Brilliant

Lily and Hayat couldn't have done any more over the course of 3 visits to help us. Extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, patient and helpful. When there was small hitch, they handled it wonderfully - empathetic communication and speedy resolution. Thank you!
