2-3 weeks late delivery, and won't let me return unopened boxes of tiles rubbish

Very happy with the quality of the items we ordered. Abi at the Rotherham branch had some great ideas for the layout. Joe Owen, one of the recommended fitters, did a great job and also made some brilliant suggestions and we are delighted with the finished result. Thank you to all concerned.

Very helpful staff from start to finish. No pressure sales staff, plenty of time to browse and refine our choices as we went along. Nothing was too much trouble. Nicola went above and beyond to fulfil our design brief.

The staff at the Rotherham store are very friendly, helpful,and professional. The shop itself clean, lots to choose from, and well laid out.Customer service from start to finish excellent.I would highly recommend.

Absolutely poor customer service. Booked an appointment for someone to come measure up today at 4pm, took time out of work to be here, get a call at 3:55pm saying they will not be coming due to staffing issues. Clearly they would have known about these staffing issues before 3:55 to have the consideration to tell us. Absolute joke

I had an issue with trying to fix my shower unit and my plumber couldn’t find the replacement cartridge. Thankfully these guys helped me and got me the right part really quickly.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Don’t waste your time please don’t purchase from Easy Bathrooms if you have an issue they do nothing about it and you are stuck with a damaged none working bathroom!
I have been in contact with Hanna at customer services I was promised a response by Monday 15th December after months of chasing I never got it and have since chased every day to no response terrible customer service

Ordering was fine , when we collected the items the lady asked us to follow her to warehouse where we were expected to carry the tiles to the car , not even a trolly to help , my husband has a bad back which he was in agony after . I worked for topps tiles for 7 years and this would never have been acceptable

Loved the range of beautiful bathroom tiles… and bathroom cabinets/taps/extractor fans….
The sales staff were very helpful and friendly…. However, several items were charged for which we hadn’t ordered so I went back to my local store to ask for an amendment….this was completed quickly. Later,
there we’re other errors on the bill+ I wanted a refund… but I was told o had to go back to the store where I purchased the original items?? This was about 25 miles from where we live… I wasn’t happy to drive ALL the way back? Especially when I arrived and was told by the salesman that this was definitely not necessary? They had no idea why we were told this… it was nonsense? I could have got a refund from anywhere? I was not happy about being messed about and having to travel numerous miles for no reason?!…. Used too much of my day running around with this job… I was eventuality sorted out by a very nice Assistant when I ended uo buying another item instead of having the refund!…

Fantastic service from Easy Bathrooms Rotherham! We visited one day as we'd heard they had a large showroom with a lot of items and tiles on display, instead of having to pick a whole bathroom from a brochure.
We met the lovely Nicola that day and dealt with her mostly throughout the process. She was absolutely fabulous and a real asset. Easy Bathrooms are lucky to have her. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she skilfully helped us pick out the right items that would bring our vision to life.
Nicola spent the time to input our selections into their software to generate a mock up, so we were able to see what our bathroom would look like.
The day of delivery, all the items arrived as expected except for a mix up with one of the tiles and some chipped glass shelves. With a call to Easy Bathrooms, they were swapped over in a matter of days which meant no interruption to the schedule of our Bathroom Fitter.
Now the bathroom is finished, and it looks just like the mock up. We love it and think it will take a while before that ‘new bathroom’ feeling disappears.
I can’t recommend them enough. All the items are excellent quality. Thank you Nicola, and thank you Easy Bathrooms.

I found some tiles at Easy Bathrooms and the staff were really helpful. Nicola at the Rotherham branch was very professional in all our conversations and worked out the number required from my measurements. The order was very quick coming through. I chose to collect them myself and Nicola and her colleague loaded them in to the car for me. I would highly recommend this shop based on my very positive experience. Thank you.

Delivered on time no fuss and perfect fit

What great service we recieved from Nicola and Lee at your Rotherham branch. They both whenever called upon gave great service. There was an outstanding item on a delivery which Lee delivered to my home as a gesture of good will to ensure we were not inconvenienced in any way. Nicola was always accomodating with any order ammendment and queries.
Just Exceptional and a team I would definately reccomend. Thanks again Nicola & Lee

Initial review during sales and design would be 5 star but then things went a bit pear shaped. (I was buying the bathroom for my daughter).

When we were expecting delivery and checked the order we discovered some of the panels had been omitted (despite being paid for). The store then advised that they did not have the panels we ordered in stock and as such we had to select an alternative, however these would now not arrive until the following Tuesday. The main delivery was scheduled for the Thursday and when reading the delivery notice it was stated that this would be "kerbside" delivery only, we were not advised this at time of sale. My daughter's partner therefore took the day off work to ensure the bathroom was securely delivered into our home. There was a problem on the delivery date and I was advised the van had broken down on route but that the delivery would be prioritised for the following day (Friday). My daughters partner could not take the day off work but she was assured that this would not be a problem as they would send a 2 man crew and deliver into the house for then.

This did not happen, the delivery arrived on the Friday but only the driver and he would only drop the bathroom fitting off at the kerbside and she was left trying to struggle to handle large panels, bath, sink, units, screens and toilet some items weighing 40kg into the house on her own. It was fortunate that her neighbour saw her struggling and offered to help.

So, all in all not a good experience in buying from Easy Bathrooms. I am however pleased that the fitter we choose to fit the bathroom did a great job and the new bathroom looks and works great.
