South Shields branch has become my goto for everything tiling. Nobody else can supply me with what I need for the prices I need them at. Served by Julie yesterday. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on what I needed.

We were recommended the South Shields branch by a few people. I’m so glad we listened, Julie’s amazing and really attentive to what we asked for. Bathroom is amazing as was the customer service!

Very friendly and professional service from first showroom visit until the end of the fitting. Excellent all round service and product quality.

What can I say, walked into EASY BATHROOMS in South Shields and from that moment on the design and choosing of products was outstanding due to the very helpful and knowledgeable experience we had with Lindsay.
Lindsay came and measured our bathroom we discussed various ideas which were converted into actual CAD Drawings to see what the finished bathroom would look like.
We wanted a complete remodeling of the bathroom. Work started early November 2025.
Installation team DOMINIC and WILL made a fantastic job of the installation keeping us informed of every aspect of work being done arrived on time and cleaned up after every days work, absolute pleasure to to have them in the house.
All in all working with the team at EASY BATHROOMS South Shields LINDSAY, LUKE and the area installation manager TONY made the process totally stress free.

Our first experience with Easy Bathrooms South Shields. The Show room mock ups were wonderfully presented, leaving nothing to the imagination.
We arrived with nothing but a sketch and a prayer to bring our Bathroom and toilet up to date. The Store Manager Lindsay was superb, visited herself to take precise measurements knew exactly what needed preserving, what needed to be updated. She was also able to recommend an experienced tiler to do the labour.
Finished result was stellar, and in very good time!! Highly Recommended!!

Recently ordered a full bathroom for my own house. Excellent input from Lindsay, Luke and Shaun regarding all aspects from design, ordering and delivery. Just made my experience easy.

From the moment I walked into the showroom to the moment my bathroom was complete everything was, as it says on the tin, EASY. Lindsey was kind, considerate and very knowledgeable. She understood the aesthetic I was going for and was able to point me in the right direction for finishes like grout colours. Colin was amazing. He listened to all of my wants and vision and was able to put all of that into my bathroom. If you want the bathroom of your dreams Easy Bathrooms is all you need.

I was given excellent advice on choosing and ordering my bathroom. Delivery was excellent, the two gentlemen on time and very pleasant. Colin and his team installed the bathroom, again always on time, hardworking, nothing too much trouble and gave excellent advice. Lindsay was extremely helpful and professional when helping us design our bathroom, cloakroom and en suite.

We had an appointment with Lindsay, she was very knowledgeable of all products in the brochures and showroom. Lindsay designed how we wanted our bathroom so we could get an idea of how it will look with chosen suite. Lindsay listened to what we wanted and was able to give all the right recommendations. Nothing was a bother, very professional and friendly and although we have arranged delivery for a future date, I feel confident should we need anything further Lindsay would be happy to help and advise where needed. Products all look very good quality and there was a sale on across all suites.

What made our experience great? Lindsey! My husband and I cannot agree on anything when it comes to home improvements, somehow Lindsey managed to get us on the same path, she was patient when we changed our minds several times and gave constructive guidance when needed

I made the 50 mile trip to the showroom especially as there is nothing near where we live . I couldn’t have been more impressed with the service I received. Luke was so helpful and good at planning the 2 bathrooms I needed . His advice was really helpful . We couldn’t be happier with the whole process . Would definitely recommend and use again.

Fantastic service throughout. Design service from Lindsay was effortless, easy to book in and made what we thought would be difficult so easy, she elevated our own ideas into fantastic designs. Her experience is clear and she knows her trade and product inside out.

Delivery was on time and unloaded by the team. The office team (Lindsay and Luke) were extremely attentive and quick to help when contacted for changes prompted by our own plumber and fitter.

We went back for our second bathroom and would highly recommend!
