Very patient customer service. Professional advice and good prices. I found tiles that I really liked. Fast turnaround. Good communication. A very positive experience overall. Highly recommended. I will definitely use them again.

FROM START TO FINISH VERY GOOD!
I spent hours there. Wondering and choosing on my own , with my own thoughts and ideas.
But when I needed and asked for advise or help with measurments Will, on all 3 occasions was very helpful.
No one bothered me, as I preffer to have space.
I have ordered my tiles 3 months in advance and i cood choose delivery date ether to store or home. So all went weell.

Very helpful staff. They made everything so easy and straightforward. The bathroom cabinet is fantastic quality as is all their bathroom appliances. It arrived on time and we were kept up to date on delivery. Cannot fault this firm and would thoroughly recommend.

My experience with Easy Bathrooms has been a complete nightmare. From start to finish, this company has demonstrated a total disregard for their customers, prioritising profit over competence or service.

I relied on their advice when selecting tiles for my bathroom, only to be supplied with goods that were completely unsuitable. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the situation, Easy Bathrooms refused to accept responsibility, instead trying to blame me and my tiler for problems they created.

The situation worsened when I ordered additional tiles to correct their mistake. They arrived a day late and, incredibly, were still the wrong style, preventing my tiler from completing the work. As a result, I have had to stop all other trades, leaving my project unfinished and causing unnecessary delays and disruption.

Communication throughout has been poor, timelines ignored, and promises unfulfilled. Easy Bathrooms’ approach is clear: maximise profit, avoid accountability, and shift responsibility onto the customer.

If you value your time, money, and sanity, do not buy from Easy Bathrooms. Their incompetence and lack of customer care make them completely unreliable.

**UPDATE**

The new, new tiles still haven't been ordered and 'Customer [lack there-of] Care' fobbed us off under terms and conditions. STILL HAVEN'T DONE THE RIGHT THING.

We have bought the furniture and tiles for our 2 bathrooms. Great quality products that are a little bit different.
William looked after us on each occasion. He was more than helpful, polite and looked after us.
We would definately recommend Easy Bathrooms.

We purchased our bathroom including wall and floor tiles from Easy Bathrooms St Helens. Following the initial design and order, there was a couple of issues that were quickly addressed by Barry the store manager. He took time to assist and guide me through different options to resolve them. Barry was always polite, supportive and he did what he say he would do ensuring I am happy with the outcome.Everyone I spoke to was professional. I had the bathroom installed by one of their recommended fitter who did an excellent job. The products are of good quality and value for money. Thank you Barry for making it a great experience. Great service from the team at Easybathrooms St Helens.

A super showroom with a large and varied display of bathrooms.
I found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly.
They took time to explain and discuss what I would need for my shower.
I was kept up to date with the progress of my order.

Problem sorted, that you Barry at the St Helens store, much appreciated. Good range of displays, prompt delivery, make sure you pay for a two man delivery if you don't want it all leaving on the pavement.
After a couple of missing or broken items which got replaced quickly it is dissapointing some two months later to have a toilet seat which is being damaged by the nylon stoppers on the lid, after several e-mails to the St Helens store where we ordered the bathroom they have refused to replace it even thought they show a 3 year guarantee on the website.
This will be brought to the attention of trading standards who will hopefully investigate this further.

What a fantastic experience we had with easy bathrooms in St Helens, from when we 1st walked in was left to browse the store on our own. When we had chosen are bathroom we spoke to Shaun and he took us through everything and gave great advice. Great guy very pleasant and fantastic customer service. We also dealt with Will in store too again great customer service. Just want to say a massive thank you to all the staff in the st Helens branch, Shaun, Will, Barry and Jenny 😀

The order went as promised

Spent a lovely couple of hours in the St. Helens showroom with Shaun, finalising our bathroom design. The guys are very knowledgeable and helped us to visualise our new bathroom, suggesting a couple of improvements we hadn't spotted. Also we were glad of their advice re our choice of tiles - they helped us to narrow down our choices as our room is quite small.

We have placed our order and can't wait to get our new bathroom installed. Exciting times ahead
