The manager at Stockport wellington Road branch Byron has been excellent, polite, helpful, accommodating. Kate equally has been wonderful and patient.
I felt I had excellent customer service.

The showroom is fine, and you're really just going there to place an order (think Argos). But don't expect compliance. I ordered a unit in brass, but the parts came in chrome. I asked them to deliver to the shop, but they delivered to my house. Moreover, I called the shop to tell them that I specified delivery to the shop, and they remembered my request. But they couldn't explain or correct why a change had occurred. On top of that, they said there was nothing they could do [and delivery was a day late]. They don't really look after the customer, so go because it's cheap and cheerful, but be prepared for poor customer service.

Great advice in the showroom and the fitter was brill

5* customer service, beautiful showroom and product range is of superb quality. I'm very satisfied with my purchase from easy bathrooms Stockport.

AWFUL customer service!!!
Ordered 4 packs of tiles, 4 tiles in each box, 16 tiles in total for collection in Stockport branch. I have emailed to the office, to make shure my order is ready, received confirmation email, order is ready. Then a bit later received a phone call from Easy Bathroom, they said my order is ready for collection.
Was travelling 20 miles one way from Heywood to Stockport to get my tiles.
On arrival it was only 3 boxes instead of 4. I did ask why did you corfirm my order twice, by email and by phone, making me travelling, but order is not full! They said 1 box was damaged in transit, so they knew it, but still called me and said its ready!!! They promise me missing box will be ready for collection next day to Bolton branch but it took them 2 days to deliver replacement box. So i have to travel twice to different branches to complete my order, wasted fuel, time and money to pay tiler to come back after 2 days and finish 4 tiles.. AVOID!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I have made a complaint about the repeated incorrect delivery of a painted bath on two separate occasions, and the complete lack of response to my previous email regarding this matter.
This situation has now gone beyond inconvenience and has caused me financial loss. I have had tradesmen attend my property on scheduled installation dates, and due to your company supplying the wrong item twice, they have been unable to complete the work. I am therefore out of pocket for their time, in addition to the significant disruption this has caused.
What makes this particularly disappointing is that I have spent in the region of £15,000 with your company on two bathroom suites, tiles, and a cloakroom suite. The level of customer service I have experienced in return has been appalling, and the lack of communication only adds to the frustration. I expect a clear explanation as to how this error has occurred twice.
Reimbursement/compensation for the costs I have incurred due to failed installation visits and a direct point of contact to ensure this matter is handled properly from this point forward. I would like to add that the staff at the Stockport Branch have understood the issue and tried to assist as much as they could, but unfortunately it has now gone beyond that

It was a great experience! Easy to navigate on the website, the price was good and I could choose click and collect and save on delivery charges. The mirror is amazing! Would definitely recommend 👍

Purchased bathroom furniture, tiles etc from the Stockport store. Fantastic customer service, especially from Aline who was knowledgeable about the products and offered guidance on choices without pressure to buy. Dealt with queries promptly and we had regular communications keeping us updated on our order and delivery. The refund due for some items that needed to be replaced due to being out of stock was paid into our account promptly. Very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend.

Never had any dealings with easy bathrooms before , and didn't buy all my bathroom kit from them, but what I did buy was quality, it was delivered on time well packaged and at a great price, I was really well looked after from start to finish.. Even a slight hiccup was dealt with superbly by the team.. I would highly recommend them and will certainly be back..

Easy Bathrooms are the best!
From selecting a new toilet and cistern to home delivery within just a few days, my experience at Easy Bathrooms couldn't have been, well, easier!
Knowledgeable and friendly staff, a HUGE range of modern and traditional suites, baths, toilets, sinks and more. I highly recommend them, especially David Brownrigg, Showroom Manager. Who knew there were different toilet heights - I do now!

The lads in there were very friendly and didn’t put pressure on you , very knowledgeable about all the products that you offered and a good choice of products

BUT THEN the problems started and they still to this day are not resolved. Mainly because no one in the company understands a customer journey.

We were made to pay our balance so the items would arrive on the day we had agreed - which I’m fine with. Then the day after I’d paid I got a message saying they would be delayed by a day. If it was a day, fine. It wasn’t. But they didn’t tell me this, my wife waited in, no delivery no call no nothing.

I called and complained, someone told me they had me on delivery that evening between 4 and 6. No delivery. No message, no call.

Then my fitter, not me their customer, was called to advise that the delivery would actually be a week after it was agreed and so he would have to move to another job as no materials.

Two emails sent by me with no response, no apology, no resolution.

Then the delivery arrived a week late, with a series of broken tiles which my fitter was so embarrassed about (he has links to easy bathrooms), he told me he would contact them to arrange replacements.

It’s the worst service I’ve experienced in the UK. By any such company. Maybe I was unlucky. But NEVER again.

I have nothing but praise for the help, support and service I received from David at Easy Bathrooms, Stockport.
D. was endlessly patient and gently encouraged my thinking 'out of the box' when it came to design ideas. the '3D' images of the layout really helped.
I now have a modern bathroom that looks great and will work for me as I get older. Many thanks

Went to the Stockport show room and was greeted by Byron. He was very courteous and certainly knows his stuff. Fabulous showroom and professional advice. Came away with a very competitive quotation too. Will definitely go back. Byron is a credit to the company.

I bought a bathroom in 2022. My shower head had a slight fault in the handset. I called the Sale branch today and the call was answered by Dave. He let me know that the Sale branch was closing and that he worked in the Stockport Branch, also telling me that a new branch is opening in Altrincham on the Stag industrial estate. Dave checked his stock and had a replacement shower head on his display which he removed to avoid me waiting for an order. Dave then offered to deliver it to my home address on his way home. I live in Timperley. This was above and beyond anything that I expected and Dave went above and beyond and provided me with exceptional customer service and delivered my shower head at 6.30 pm this evening. Thank you Dave, thank you easy bathrooms - Dave is definitely an asset to your business

My order was running late and I was getting worried about it.as the fitter was coming the next morning.but the salesman at store said he would bring it to me as soon. As possible the day. Came to house with the radiator at 8.45 .very thankful for that .bernard pipe
