Rob, our salesman, was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us and made sure that we got what we wanted, and we didn't feel pressured.

I had reason to visit Easy Bathrooms in Stratford Upon Avon, to view and assess options to fit out our newly self build bungalow en-suite bathroom, second bathroom and WC. Robert, the sales assistant was very knowledgeable regarding all of the products on show in the showroom environment and was able to discuss various options and make alternative recommendations to meet our exact requirements. He prepared a detailed quotation for me and made numerous changes based on our specific requirements to meet the space available in our new build bathrooms. It makes a big difference when you are dealing with a professional who knows what he's talking about and has pride in his job that delivers excellent customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending Easy Bathrooms in Stratford Upon Avon and make sure you deal with the Robert in the showroom.

The shower I bought came with a ten year warranty with four years warranty still remaining. I uploaded videos and pictures to show how the paint on the shower had corroded, rusted and peeled off and how the knobs were stiff and wouldn't turn, making it almost impossible for my wife and daughter to turn. The button on the shower head, over time, had fallen out and wouldn't go back. I was told they would not replace it, but they would offer me a 60% discount for £220. With a four year warranty still remaining, why wasn't it replaced? Why lie to the customer? It seems apparent the warranty is sold under false pretense just to get the sale.

Very helpful as soon as we walked in. Good range of bathrooms.could see the difference in quality compared to other suppliers ordering was easy due to knowledge of staff .every thing arrived within 4 days no issues with anything.still fitting out downstairs toilet but looking good .would recommend

The Staff at the Stratford on Avon branch were really helpful, especially when I had to rush into the store for extra trim, at very short notice.
They gave great advice and made sure we ordered everything we would need.

Nice friendly staff, easy parking. Good range of products on display, prices are competitive. They will keep your order in the warehouse until you are ready to fit.

My experience was up and down! In the store, In store Claire was brilliant! When the delivery came the delivery guy wouldn’t take anything upstairs (in the lift) as he stated was to the front door! He was actually rude! The whole consignment was signed “unchecked” as the delivery driver had better things to do! 1 of our bathroom mirrors is actually faulty from the inside, we’re still waiting for a positive result, we’re going round the houses! Not great customer care really! Having spent 1000’s, I’ll just leave it there!

I have used Easy Bathrooms in Stratford Upon Avon to design and install an accessible bathroom for an elderly resident.
Day 1. Rob called at her home and spent time getting to know her expectations. He listened.
Followed up by a showroom visit when he escorted her through the showroom explaining options.
By this time he had enough fact to understand his clients needs and produced a plan which she loved. It ticked all the boxes.
A further visit to finalise the shopping and making final choices and the installers were good to go.
Monday morning saw the arrival of our two fitters. They were two gentlemen. That is the only word to describe these two young men. Courteous hard working experienced and amazing attention to detail. Within 5 full days her bathroom was complete. Robs vision, which up until now was only on paper was a dream come true for this lady.
So from this delighted lady and myself a big thank you to Easy Bathrooms. To Rob who was a great support from start to finish and for his amazing design. To the amazing team of 2 our fitters thank you.

The sales people were very friendly and helpful in all matters. Unfortunately, we noticed that some of the seals were not the right size so had to return them but that was no problem. Unfortunately, a couple of the shower panels had minor damage but I knew we were going to cut to size and we could get round it so it would have been more hassle to have returned them. All in all though it was a good experience.

From start to finish Amy at the Stratford branch was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything explained and delivered on time. Delivery girl did a fantastic job too, very helpful and very strong! Thankyou

We were given plenty of advice and suggestions during our visit. We bought everything from Easy Bathrooms and our new bathroom looks amazing. There are lots of options and styles to choose from at affordable prices. Would highly recommend.
