Our experience started really well in terms of designing and picking out the products and tiles we wanted. It all went down hill when we firstly had the wrong tiles delivered causing a delay in finishing our bathroom renovation.
Secondly we were not informed of small important things that we needed such as pipes and accessories (which would’ve been nice to ask or mention during the consultation) again causing a delay in the fitting of our bathroom as we had no idea what sort of other extras we needed.
When we had the tiles we thought were correct delivered they turned up at 6:50am! Again, wrong tiles and we’re told the correct ones were coming Saturday. Never arrived and then told Monday, never arrived. Went into Sutton Coldfield store when the store manager actually damaged and drove into my boyfriend’s van. Stated as it was Sunday no one would be around to answer our queries.
I even had an email from a silly delivery driver stating they had delivered our tiles over the weekend, attached with a photo of his foot in the van, which the tiles were NOT delivered!
Communication has been an absolute shambles and weirdly we actually were recommended easy bathrooms by our fitter. Being told one thing then another from various different people on the phone. No one really bothered about making our situation better.
We were billed with a bathroom invoice of £800 from our fitter due to a delay in the delivery of the rest of our bathroom tiles which I was told easy bathrooms would cover. Haha more fool me, they did not. They gave me £250.
I give them a 2 star due to the product designs and quality.

Don’t waste your money with this company. The 10 year guarantee is a farce and they don’t honour it.

Around 20 months ago we installed a bathroom purchase from easybathrooms. We wanted a high end bathroom and had researched reviews prior to purchasing. We were happy to pay a premium as we wanted fittings which were going to last and were guaranteed against any manufacturer faults.

The towel radiator within 6 months was rusting. To be fair to easybathrooms they did replace it and we had to have to swapped at our expense. Then recently it has rusted again. We have a whole of house water filter to remove limescale and contaminants from our water supply. Also the toilet is only used sitting down, so that there is no risk of splashes of urine which could corrode the metal.

Having contacted easybathrooms technical team on numerous occasions they have now advised that they radiator won’t be covered under their warranty as their ‘brassware’ has been cleaned with corrosive chemicals. Which it hasn’t! They’re just trying to pluck out terms and conditions which don’t apply to my case so they can avoid upholding their own fake 10 year guarantee.

As it’s pointless replacing the radiator with the same substandard product in left with no choice but to purchase a product which is actually fit for purpose. As the associated pipework and screw holes may be in a different position I’ll also need to replace expensive pipework and tile behind the radiator. I plan to take easybathrooms to trading standards and the small claims court to claw back this cost.

I’d never purchase from this company again and warn anyone being sucked in by their guarantee to think twice.

Amy at the shop was absolutely fabulous from looking up and providing product codes to sorting out the issue when one of the items was faulty.

Amy helped design my new bathroom. She had lots of great ideas, was really flexible and listened to my feedback and requests. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all the different suppliers and their products. She was patient when I changed my mind.

I got a great discount which was held even months later when I finally arranged delivery and changed several big items. My bathroom was fitted a few weeks ago and I’m delighted with the quality and design. One item was damaged on delivery but replaced with no quibble. And one item was missing but again replaced the next day with no issue.

I have no hesitation recommending Amy at Easy Bathrooms Sutton Coldfield.

I was in a hurry to find a suitable bathroom vanity unit as we had been let down by another company and my fitter was on site fitting the rest of the bathroom.
I looked online and found a lovely unit , perfect colour and very well made , it was a bit pricey but it's going to last.
Ordered in showroom, polite and helpful salesman and placed order and received it following day. Excellent service all round.

Great service. The staff was very helpful and offered advise when needed it. I also had to return a few things when renovation was complete and i had no issue.
