I am delighted with the high quality of the units, basins, loos & shower screen I bought from Easy Bathrooms. Their products are different & better quality than those I looked at elsewhere. I hadn’t heard of Easy Bathrooms and came across them by chance. I am very glad I did. My order was delivered when promised by a very pleasant man. The staff in Swindon were very helpful. I dealt with Tom initially and then Suzi, who was amazing and kindly sorted out amendments and refunds. Thank you both.
I wouldn’t hesitate to go there again or to recommend them.

All round very helpful

Poor aftercare and lack of response.

A faulty bath waste plug was acknowledged in-store and a replacement agreed, but nothing was ever provided. Follow-up emails were ignored, and customer services refused to assist, citing account holder/GDPR reasons despite the store having already dealt with me directly.

In the end, I fixed it myself with a simple rubber seal — a minor issue left unresolved for months.

A clear lack of communication, follow-through, and ownership.

I only bought a bag of grout , because my usual supplier ran out of the colour i needed, but your was twice as expensive and twice has hard to apply, your show room was all flash and no substance in my humble opinion

We recently had a new bathroom installed and the experience was seamless from start to finish. The quality of the finish is outstanding, reflecting the high standard of craftmanship provided. Not only was the work great, but the people doing it were professional, friendly, and kept everything very tidy. Thank you so much Simon, Richard, Tomasz, David, Andy and installation manager David. A five-star experience all round!"

Excellent service from all at the Swindon store in particular Sue and Kian. Extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

We used Easy Bathrooms for a complete solution…design, ordering products and installation. They did an excellent job and we were very happy with all the different elements. As we chose an end-to-end solution, when things go wrong they can coordinate and fix things quickly. Would recommend them

Unfortunately 1 was the lowest score I could give. Absolutely joke of a company that is anything but easy! Took a deposit from a family member promised fitting within 6 weeks excuses and they excuses later lost faith in company and told them not to bother. Stopped responding and even ignored our local mp!

Failed to return her deposit as well.
