Over the course of a year of getting various design layouts and doing our own, the staff at EasyBathrooms & Tiles have been very accommodating & a lot of patience in helping us choose our new bathroom suite, fixtures and fitting. Special shoutout to The Manager Morgan who helped tremendously with either the odd missing part or swapping for alternative where necessary.

Rachel the sales woman was excellent!! What a hard job, trying to find a new bathroom. However, she was thoughtful and made it so much easier. Honest and open ideas. Thank you.

Helpful staff and fast delivery service

I had made an impulsive decision to tile a small kitchen area myself while my partner was bed-bound recovering from an operation ,-so I set off with a definite idea of what I wanted- I arrived 15 minutes before closing time after a 30 minute drive to the store in atrocious weather ,I was greeted warmly helped with my selection ,given advice,and even though we had gone over closing time ,I left with a delivery date confirmed -very happy couldn’t have asked for better customer service
The tiles arrived on time ,and after learning on the job with a few problems to solve-they now look great and I’ve discovered a passion for tiling .

My wife and I visited our local Easy Bathrooms store in Truro, Cornwall and it really is a one-stop-shop for bathroom renovations. Imaginative and well designed displays cover all tastes and styles and if there is one criticism it is that there was too much choice! The Truro branch is well managed by Morgan and no question is too difficult. The prices are very competitive in a crowded market. I would recommend this branch with no hesitation.

We looked around locally at all the places that sell bathrooms and Easy Bathrooms had the best choice. The young lady that served us was lovely, friendly and helpful and not at all pushy.

The quality of the product is excellent and the fitter was methodical in his preparation and execution.

Visited the Truro showroom to look at shower cubicles & wall panelling. Amazing showroom with plenty of displays so we could really get ideas.

We didn’t feel under any pressure but Rachel was very helpful with ideas and options that we hadn’t considered and was able to come out and check our measurements and then make further suggestions regarding making the best use of our available space.

We’d definitely recommend and will return when we’re ready to upgrade further.

We were welcomed by Jason who showed us round the the showroom where we got some idea of what we wanted and then returned with a plan of our bathroom where Jason created a 3d plan of what we wanted and placed our order. When we had contractors in place we we contacted Jason and had our delivery arranged, which arrived on time and in good condition.
