I had already chosen the things I needed from the catalogue when I arrived at the shop, so the shop assistant had an easy job and it was a smooth process to order all I needed.

Well presented store with knowledgeable staff on hand for advice. Able to amend our order over the phone and collected on agreed date from store. Member of staff helped carry heavy items to my car.

Good quality and fantastic range on display in the showroom at the Weston super Mare Branch. As property developers, we've purchased numerous product and feel that we get good value for money. Our store contact (Aaron) is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It's just so easy to do business with them! Highly recommend.

The company is very easy going, always happy to help and answer questions while you are in the business of choosing what can be a significant investment when you are creating a new bathroom. Deliveries are good and on time. Quality of the products is excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I bought a bathroom suite & the quality was of the products was very good, I had a few teething problems and the aftercare was exceptional, sorted out all my issues & acted in a professional way, cheers to all the staff @ W-S-M store.

We ordered bathroom furniture and tiles for our ensuit. The team in Weston Super Mare were really helpful. They kept us informed every step of the way and were happy to store our delivery until we were ready for the fit.
Unfortunately one of the tiles arrived broken, but they did their best to get a replacement as quickly as possible. They even gave us the showroom sample, so we weren’t left short. We will definitely be ordering again from Easy Bathrooms when we update our bathroom. Thank you to the Weston team for your great service.

I had to return several times to make my choices as the selection is large. In the final choice I was unable to find the tiles I was looking for. Staff helped me look, and select, then advised me through the purchasing. Thank you!

Nice and friendly nothing is to much and the products they sale are really good

Weston super mare. Easy bathrooms. I have been using easy bathrooms for the last 3 years as a fitter and the service is brilliant always helpful and showing new ranges and ideas when they come in. Any issues that may arise they are always straight on it and always ready to solve any problems that may occur. Staff are great and great customer service would highly recommend.
