I went to easy bathrooms in York to meet some customers to choose a new bathroom suite excellent showroom and very helpful and patient staff really competitive prices really easy to deal with

Simon was always extremely helpful and good natured. Nothing was too much trouble. Apart from a delivery of large tiles including many broken ones, inadequately packed, this was a very positive experience.

Simon was very patient and helped us choose all of our bathroom needs. Nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly recommend easy bathrooms.

After several emails and calls with customer services, Hannah has sorted a refund out for me, after we needed to return some items. Took a while, but got there in the end!

Met with Simon in York Showroom. Walked us through everything and had our dream bathroom picked in an hour. Excellent chap wonderful product

Visited Easy Bathrooms with a sketch plan of our bathroom and Simon guided us through what was required for tiles and fittings etc. He gave different examples of baths/toilet etc . We had everything delivered as paid for with no damage and nothing missing. We are pleased with the quality of the bathroom fittings and tiles, Well fitted out showroom with lots of choice. Would Easy Bathrooms recommend.

Good product

The ordering service was great but when I had over ordered I wasn’t able to return informed boxes of tiles.

I ordered tiles and floor planking from the York branch. The staff were very helpful with all the orders I placed, even the ones where I had only short notice for a delivery, or the ones where their supplier sent faulty goods that required a refund. Overall a very good experience, thanks to Simon and his team there

I visited the York branch and spent all afternoon with Adam designing my 3 bathrooms.
He came up with some great design ideas and nothing was too much trouble.
He made the process really enjoyable.
Can’t wait to see them finished!

Hopeless experience
- Ordered bath and panels, requested a price match as per their price promise. They offered slightly lower price but wouldn’t match
- Went with Easy bathrooms due to favourable ratings on Trustpilot
- Queried and double checked correct bath panels with them and was assured they had ordered the correct size
- Delivery was delayed by a week however wasn’t told of this until the day of collection despite the items not even being in their own warehouse yet (ie entirely predictable beforehand). Lost a weekend and wasted a lot time as a result
- Wrong sized panels were then delivered the next week
- Told they would be unable to arrange a replacement for another week. Had to work around and lift the whole bath as couldn’t afford to waste another weekend
- Approached customer services regarding this, suggested maybe they could match the original price as I had overpaid for the larger panels and had been thoroughly messed about
- They offered me £20 back for the convenience of me collecting from their store. They suggested I should expect to cut the panels to fit anyway - I might expect to trim slightly but having to lop 4cm off the whole length of both panels worth over £200 is silly
- I’m still waiting for my £20 back a few weeks later

Morale of the story - go for the cheaper quote as the customer service can’t be any worse

Top class service from the wonderful Gemma at the York branch who sat with me very patiently, over a long period of time, to ensure I got our new bathroom exactly right and everything delivered when we needed it. Very, very helpful indeed. Would highly recommend.

Really helpful sales people especially Hanna in york

Dealt with this firm on several occasions and they were very helpful but on this occasion Rich Knight surpassed all expectations regarding the service he provided - polite yet lighthearted, knowledgeable when answering queries, professional and efficient - what more can I say. He is a credit to the staffing at Easy Bathrooms who we shall continue to deal with x

I am appalled by the service from this company. I ordered and paid for a full bathroom on February 9th, yet I am still waiting for my bath delivery.
• Products were misrepresented to such an extent that I would not have proceeded with my order had I been fully informed (appears to be a tactic to extract funds).
• Employees demonstrated an inability to accurately collect essential information, such as contact details.
• There has been a lack of communication and employees failed to gather essential information.
I was promised call backs and lists of 'reputable' plumbers, but nothing has materialised. Due to the delays, my plumber is unavailable, leaving me without a working bathroom for an unknown period.
I demand a call back from management to address my complaint, and I will seek compensation for additional fitting cost
