Paid for next working day delivery, but it was delivered on Saturday. Also, more importantly, I received the wrong item!

Your order was placed on the 31st, and due to the Bank Holiday there was an unexpected delay in the delivery schedule. We also sincerely apologise that the incorrect item was initially sent. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we arranged for the correct item to be resent immediately.

Amazon delivery not appropriate.
Delivery was the problem to a 90yr old. Amazon delivers till 10pm, by which time the recipient is in bed and porch locked. Delivery was at 9.40pm. On the drive is not a safe place to leave packages. Price was good but charging so much for delivery in the way it was delivered is not so good (it's a very, very poor really).
