I would thoroughly recommend James for any house clearance task. I asked him to clear my parent’s house, garage, garden and shed. He gave me an excellent quote that was very competitive. James was easy to deal with, he is a good communicator. He and his team worked really hard clearing the house. He was punctual, trustworthy, cheerful and did an excellent job for me. I would like to thank James and his team for all their help.

James and his team really do live up to their 5 star reviews. He recently cleared my Uncle's property and as it is a distance away, we had to rely on him 100% to do everything required. We found him thoroughly professional, totally reliable, honest and trustworthy. His communication skills are excellent-he is friendly, responds quickly to messages, is consistent in looking after his clients' best interests and happy to go above and beyond. James was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Completely reliable, trustworthy and very good value. On top of being a very good person to deal with, his quote was quite a bit lower than the next lowest quote.

James was really good I was let down by a company and rang James asking for a quote he came round about a hour and we agreed a price I asked if he could do by Friday as carpet fitters was booked he only did that same afternoon great service would not hesitate to hire again and tell friends thanks again

I highly recommend Easy Clearance Sussex. They are incredibly professional and courteous. They cleared a large property for us, including many items that were difficult to dispose of, and left the place neat and tidy.

House Clearance
James did a fantastic job clearing my Dad's house and garden sheds after Dad moved into a Residential home, and at a reasonable price. He was happy to work with our estate agent and leave specified items in place for Sales photographs and he then collected these items at a later date as arranged. He sent me photos of the house after the work was done and these showed that the house was left in a clean and tidy condition. I am happy to recommend Easy Clearance Sussex.

Absolutely fantastic company, James went above and beyond our expectations. He locked the back door left unlocked 3 times by other people, kept us fully informed and even found an item accidentally put in for disposal and returned it to us. Would thoroughly recommend him, efficient, reasonably priced and very trustworthy.

James has saved my sanity by helping me to move a huge quantity of rubbish, books, furniture, garden items over several months. The loft was so high he set up a pulley system to lower items below for me to sort through them removed discarded items. Always cheerful, punctual, flexible and inventive, he charged very fair rates and left everything clean. He loves his job and it shows!

We had to clear out my Dad's flat after he moved into a care home. A stressful time, but James made the whole process easy and straightforward. Would highly recommend his company.

I was put in contact with Easy Clearance Sussex, by a good friend and neighbour who had used their services before. I cannot recommend them highly enough, as they did such an amazing job, nothing was too much trouble for them. House, garage, shed, greenhouse and garden items were all cleared in no time at all. James kept in contact with me throughout as it spanned several days in total. They are a small family run business local to me in Worthing, which I liked and no job is too big or small, everything done in such a friendly and considerate way too.

I needed a relatives home cleared after she moved into a nursing home prior to the sale of the house. My relative living 3 hours away this was a problem but James made light of it. He was very flexible in meeting me and understood what I needed done. The team came in and did exactly what I needed calling me if anything unexpected occured to make sure they were doing the correct thing. Thanks.
