My son took the course online. I paid to get the certificate and his driving record online. I received the certificate online but not the driving record. I received an email stating that they could not process it online with no reason. After many phone calls to Easy Driving Safety And The DPS, his audit number does not match on his driver’s license. Even though this wasn’t their fault, I felt like if they could not process the request, they should have given the reason. They did tell me that I had to request a refund. I did, and it’s been almost two weeks and have received nothing. Now, I had to snail mail a request for his driving record. Since he was late turning in all of his documents, we now have a court date so we can explain why he was late. I was told if his driving record arrives before the court date, that we can just bring it without seeing a judge. Very frustrating!

This course is well written and the test questions were valid. Though some of the video's are older, they are still valid and have good information. The course needs to be updated on the current seat belt law in Texas. The law has changed now so that if an adult passenger is not buckled in, that passenger and not the driver gets the ticket.

The content was great and informative. My only suggestion would be to update your videos...they were a bit dated.

Very good course overall. Only thing is more video content and less reading would be appreciated

Very boring and hard to stay with the program.

The math in some of the physics and algebra is incorrect.

I liked that the information is varied and somewhat complete.

This was the best course I could have picked, it was easy at my own pace and honestly I became a more aware driver due to all the information I learned during the courses. I HIGHLY recommend this, immediately after finishing the course I got the email stating my certificate would be shipped out within 3days .

This is a great a way to get your defensive driving out of the way, it didn’t take long and is amazingly easy!

I liked the fact that Easy Driving Safety didn't make a comedy of a serious subject. It was also nice to have videos to watch in between reading material. There was an emphasis on saving lives, not time.

The video's kept stopping and the volume didn't work on the last two video's.

The Video sessions with real time pictures are the most motivating, sobering and thought-provoking. The course is easy and delivers the messages intended. If my opinion matters any, I think it would be valuable to put in a video of exactly how dangerous it is to "elbow" your way over, on a busy Texas interstate, WITH NO INDICATOR! It's become the new style on TX roads, and it needs to quit! It causes wrecks and alot of the time, the people that failed to indicate are also driving noticeably recklessly and acting as though other drivers shouldn't be on the road. Grrrrrrr.

The videos were easy to understand and got to the point of the subject quickly while explaining the material effectively. The reading units were very detailed with plenty of relevant information people need to be more aware of such as right-of-way. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and would recommend it to others looking for an easy defensive driving course.

The course and certificate delivered meet my requirements. I think the videos need to be updated, as they are clearly from the ‘80s! Also, statistics in the reading material need to be updated, since citing numbers from 1999 is likely not accurate anymore. There were many old statistics quoted, recommendations to use a pay phone, and other outdated materials. If these were updated to include current problems, with more emphasis on texting and driving, school zones, and other misconceptions about the laws in Texas, then I would feel like I got more out of the class. Also, the course said to look up laws of using “hazard lights” in Texas. This is a Texas course, so just tell me the applicable laws!

Course is nice but a lot of video couldn't be watched on Safari on MAC. I was obliged to watched them on another browser (Firefox) and on Youtube hopefully.

The bug need to be fixed urgently.

Test were understandable. Great and simple.
