After reviewing your case, the account breach occurred due to a violation of the HFT (under 120 seconds) rule, which is clearly outlined in our website and Discord FAQ. This rule applies to all traders to ensure fairness and consistency across the platform.

Closing trades under the specified time, regardless of size, can trigger this rule. We do not hide our guidelines, and they are available for all users to review before and during trading.

Regarding your experience with support, we’re sorry if you found it annoying but I think she was trying to explain our rules and the validity of your accounts breach.

After reviewing your account, our system detected violations of the trading rules during your challenge. Specifically, the account was flagged for synthetic currency hedging across multiple symbols as well as trading patterns associated with fast/tick trading activity. These rule breaches are automatically monitored to ensure fair conditions for all traders participating in the program.

Our trading rules are clearly outlined before purchasing a challenge, and they apply equally to every participant to maintain a fair and transparent trading environment.

Upon reviewing your account we found hedging,

Cross-account hedging: 1 opposite positions with 900909496254, avg 107s overlap
Detected: 3/6/2026

Also there are many HFT (high frequency trades) trades open and closed in less then 120 seconds.

These trade practices are against our terms and conditions, under our forbidden trade practices.

If you’re unsure about the exact reason your account was breached, we encourage you to contact our customer support team, who will gladly review your case and provide clarification. We always aim to support our traders and ensure transparency.
