I brought a laptop, it was refurbished and arrived promptly.

Update to my previous revue. I had an issue with a laptop after I posted a positive revue, but Easyit lived up to their name and sorted it out for me with no fuss. I would recommend this company. David Herron.

The laptops themselves are like new

However, the order was delayed by over 2 weeks. I had to email them to ask what was going on and nearly cancelled the order due to lack of communication - I thought it was a scam.

However the laptops arrived yesterday and are fine.

They DESPERATELY need better communication with their customers for what is happening if orders are delayed.

As the item I had ordered had not arrived within the 5 to 7 days as specified and not receiving any information for the delay I contacted their customer service by email and received a prompt reply with apologies that due to demand and covid they trying to catch up and my item would be with me by the end of the week which it was.
It arrived in excellent condition with attached paperwork showing all relevant information to enable me to load my programmes and it continues to provide me with a quality product at a very good price.

I ordered a laptop almost 2 weeks ago and it’s still not here. I’ve been given two approximate delivery times that have come and gone. Still no sign whatsoever

Item arrived early, was exactly as described .perfect for my needs. A great service, will most likely use again, and recommend to friends and family.

These guys are brilliant. The laptop is superb looks and works like its brand new. It arrived very quickly. I would definitely recomend them to friends and family.

This is the second one I have purchased (E6430) and is as good as the first one. Received in good condition and well packed.

So far, everything has been trouble-free with helpful advice. Am looking forward to receiving the computer.

Excellent value laptop that has allowed me to access Windows 10, works straight out of the box. Well specced and presented. Did take a few days longer to deliver than expected, but I’m impressed with value represented. So good, my wife has ordered one as well.

I recently bought a refurbed Dell i6430 laptop from these guys and it's superb. With 8GB ram and an i5 processor it performs effortlessly to deliver faultless live streaming and everything else I've asked of it. Ordered on Friday, delivered on the following Monday in excellent condition. Less than £200 for a machine of this spec? You'll spend a long time searching.

The order was processed and dispatched within 4 working days, the equipment was received in excellent condition and works fine.
