Snap on box keys

The first key came out great.The second key does not work , as well as the replacement, that was sent. They have always been very good about making things right. I will contact again regarding key #1030.

Immediate Resolution

One of my 2 used filing cabinets was mislabeled, so the initial provided replacement key did not fit into the lock.
Easy Keys provided instructions for providing images for their staff to verify the incorrect blank had been provided. In less than a week, new keys were returned and, like the other set, worked perfectly based on the engraved lock codes.

Lost keys solution

I lost my keys for my camping trailer... I called a locksmith and he said he doesn't deal with trailers but if I unscrew the handle of the door behind that will be a code... And sure enough there was a code and a name of a company. I looked them up and I was able to find my replacement key and it was shipped to me within days. I'm impressed!!

Don’t overnight anything & pay the shipping because you won’t get it overnight & they won’t make it right. Terrible customer service.

We understand your frustration, but we’d like to clarify that your order was placed on a Friday, and the estimated delivery time shown at checkout was "within 1 business day." The package was delivered today (Monday), which is within that timeframe. We do not offer Saturday delivery, and this was explained during our chat earlier today. While we always aim to exceed expectations, we also strive to be transparent about our shipping policies. We're here if you have any further questions or concerns.

Keys look right but dont work

The keys appear to be the right profile but none of them work.
