We first went to a local vendor to try and get replacement keys, the cost was outrageous! i found EasyKeys.com recommended on reddit a fair bit and gave them a shot! the process was super easy and we had our keys the next morning! Thank you!

Good quick service. Did what it promised.

I ordered a set of keys for a Steelcase vertical file #S110. When I received the keys I could tell that they were not cut very well. They edges were extremely rough and when tried in the lock it did not work. I ended up ordering the same key number from another vendor and received those in the mail yesterday they worked perfectly.

Since EasyKeys did not provide any feedback I thought I would leave a review here. I spent $23.83 for two keys that did not work.

I've had two experiences with easykeys. The first went well. In the second experience wasn't good at all. They made a key wrong twice then refused to try to make it right.
I will not engage with them in the future.

What a great experience!!!! I love when all the stars a line everything works like it should!! I ordered several keys for an aluminum diamond tread Jeep brand box … and the keys all work perfectly!

EasyKeys is always very responsive to emails about key questions! They do their best to look at your photos and match you with the appropriate keys. In fact, they’re so good that I had an old desk with just key codes so I took photos of the desk itself and the keyholes. They were successfully able to determine which keys were needed and both of them worked! I’m most impressed with how quickly they respond via email because some companies take days and I didn’t even wait half a day! Great company with efficient and quality service.

Products work perfectly with quick delivery.

Was able to identify the correct mailbox lock and key for my vintage mailbox. It fit perfectly. Their customer service was wonderful, responsive and helpful.

The key when fully inserted does not work. It works if you back it out while keeping pressure on it to find where the key lines up.

wish shipping was faster. Other wise the Service was great!

I was very skeptical at first thinking to myself that how can they make a key for another cabinet that is in another country by just using the number that was on the face of the lock.

However, I did some research and found out that it was very possible. When the key arrived, I was excited and they didn’t disappoint. The key worked perfectly.

First, the keys were never delivered. I called and the customer service rep said that they would send replacements. I received 2 of the 3 keys ordered and only 1 works.

One of my keys did not work, plus you used to have a locksmith price.

My first order, unfortunately, only one of the two keys worked. However, returning the item and obtaining a new key that does work was an easy process to go through.
