Promptly replied to my enquiry for my broken stairlift. Engineer Sam came & replaced what was necessary to get it up and running again. He kept us informed throughout the works so there were no hidden costs. We now are up & running again. Would highly recommend 5*

I’ve used this company twice now in an emergency, Sam was the engineer on both occasions, he is very pleasant and got to grips with the problem
Immediately, he explained what had happened keeping me in the know and was really very helpful.
I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them for future problems if any arise.

From my 1st phone call speaking to Kim I felt very reasured and not in anyway pressured. Sam came to do a survey and give me a general overview of what my needs and options were, he gave me a definite price which was almost half price of the previous quotes for exactly the same lift.
I wasn't asked to pay any deposit just told the lift would arrive with them Monday and would be fitted the same week.
Mums stairlift was fitted that week on Thursday very professionally by Sam and his colleague, I was then shown exactly how it worked and encouraged to test the lift, when I was happy Sam filled in a instalation form with the price clearly shown.
I still haven't been asked for payment which shows how confident Easylifing are with their product and service.
A huge thank you for the most professional service I have ever had.

Sam was really helpful came out quickly and solved the problem getting the stair lift working, also when I phoned to say we had a problem, Kim was very helpful

Very good communication... excellent fitting service... delighted with the price and quantity of the stair lift...and when we had a little lissue with the working of the equipment..I call to ask the fitter could he revisit to sort the problem..he replied and was there within 20 minutes on a Sunday...amazing service

Excellent service, have had ongoing problems for a while with no results. Called easy lifting , Sam arrived and has solved the problem, he maintained contact till he was sure everything was working correctly , going over and above with patience and determination to ensure the chairs problems have been resolved . More than happy to highly recommend this company and Sam.

We had a problem with our stairlift.We telephoned Easy lifting.staff polite.Sam the engineer tried to fix over the phone but not possible.He came out same day late afternoon He was so polite and professional stayed till 8pm to get it up and running.Cant thank this company enough. Sam provided an outstanding service installing a stairlift for my grandmother. He was professional, polite, and punctual throughout. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the quality of his work was to a very high standard. We felt completely confident in his expertise, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Stairlift decided to stop working at 10pm at night. Rang the original company that fitted it as they are meant to have a 24/7 helpline. Only got an answerphone. Found easy lifting on google and phoned Sam. He called me back within a few minutes and tried to diagnose the problem over the phone. Spent time going through everything without rushing and explaining everything clearly. Visit required and Sam came the next morning and fixed the chair quickly. Also checked the chair and track and gave the chair a mini service. Happy to recommend and will use again.

Nothing is too much trouble for Sam he is always cheerful and very helpful whilst explaining what he is doing. Kim, the first point of contact is also very helpful, if she says she will phone you back, she does.

Kim and Sam were so helpful when we had a problem with our Acorn stairlift not working. Kim contacted Sam within minutes of my phone call. Sam rang us straight away and helped us resolve the problem. Wanted to give 6 stars but not possible!! What lovely kind, polite and knowledgeable people !!!

Superb stairlift service, I emailed them and less than an hour Sam replied to me and arrange a visit, came measured and gave me 3 different quotes with different opinions, 2 days later Sam came and fitted my father’s stairlift with no problem done a neat tidy job , highly recommend this company.
