Booked a China Eastern flight via EaseMyTrip and paid £1,454, but the ticket was never issued and PNR remained pending. They claimed the fare had increased even though the airline price hadn’t changed, and suggested I check directly with the airline. Very stressful and unreliable — had to escalate via Section 75 with my credit card to get any resolution.

Absolutely disgraceful service. EaseMyTrip lured me in with a good price, then a few days later called me to say the reservation had “not gone through.” Their solution? Either pay an extra £120 for the exact same flight, or cancel and still pay £80 in service fees. In other words, their failure became my financial penalty.

This is not customer service. It is a bait-and-switch. They advertise a fare, fail to secure it, and then force the customer to absorb the consequences of their own inefficiency. By the time they told me, alternative flights had already gone up in price, so I was effectively trapped and had no real choice but to pay more.

As if that were not bad enough, on my return trip they had put me on a standby seat, which almost caused me to miss a multi-leg intercontinental journey. That is beyond careless. Putting a passenger on standby for such an important itinerary is reckless and unacceptable. I came dangerously close to losing my return journey because of their negligence.

Cheap prices mean nothing when the company is unreliable, shifts its mistakes onto the customer, and handles bookings so irresponsibly. What looked like a bargain turned into extra costs, stress, uncertainty, and real travel risk.

I will never use EaseMyTrip again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them.

What a shocking company.
You book a flight with them on Google Flights because they look competitive, and the next day they ring you up wanting another £350 in my cace, asking for extra money towards the cost of the flights!
But don't panic if this happens to you. As the extra charges are not mentioned in their terms and conditions, you should ask for a full refund. And if you have booked using a credit card, tell them that the payment will be put in to dispute by the credit card company. They have 15 days to pay you back in full.
They new they were in the wrong as I had an instan email back ofering a full refund.

Got to be honest. Look around at other reviews and you will see people saying exactly the same as me, so avoid using this company. They are using blackmail and typical scam tactics to get you to pay up with all the high-pressure tactics that scammers use.
They even send out fake boarding passes at the point of booking, which would be unusable if you were to try at the airport!

Misleading pricing and unacceptable experience

My experience with EaseMyTrip was extremely negative. After purchasing flight tickets, the company demanded an additional payment of over £400, despite the fact that the tickets were still displayed on their website at the original price at which I had purchased them.

This is clearly misleading and deceptive pricing. The price shown at the time of booking should be final, not increased after payment has already been made. The entire experience was stressful, unprofessional, and lacked transparency.

I strongly do not recommend EaseMyTrip. If you want to avoid unexpected charges, wasted time, and frustration, stay away from this company.

booked ticket, got a call as others have said, saying the flights were not longer available, and I would need to pay more.. they refused to refund me as they said the airline would charge a fee. I filled a claim with my credit card company and still waiting, now they are locking up almost $5000 on my credit card. INSANE.

I booked a ticket on 08/12/2025 around 10 am.. They accept payment and send a receipt, but after a few hours, it's still PNR pending... Then I emailed them and asked, and after that, they told me the price increase what a joke Dont waste your time and Cash customer support 👎 refund process 👎

They appear to be a scam and I wish I had seen this site before booking. Same PNR issue as others then asked to pay more money than it would actually cost to book on emirates!

They said they will refund in a few days. If I don’t get it I will raise this including to the ombudsman if needed and fraud team

I booked a a return flight with this agency, the my flight was supposed to be confirmed within 30 minutes but after 2 hours of waiting they call me demanding me to top up the ticket or else I can’t travel on the said date🤦🏿🤦🏿. They are scammers and I hope no one else falls for this.

I booked flight tickets this morning for my girlfriend and within about three hours she received a call saying that those tickets were no longer available and we would either need to change the dates, or pay extra to continue with flying on the original dates.

The question then, is: how can the tickets be unavailable and yet they are available if we pay extra?
I checked other search sites, including the airline themselves, and tickets for the flights I had originally booked ARE still available. I am now attempting to cancel and get a refund.

I would suggest that their limited positive reviews have come from a bot or like-farm.

Paid for ticket price as shown on the website. They then issue a receipt of transaction but not the ticket. They will then demand hundreds more to confirm the flight. Absolute scam, indian scum company. Avoid avoid avoid.

Fraud

I booked a flight ticket with this merchant for £700, but the service was not provided as agreed.
1. After I completed the booking and payment, the merchant demanded an additional £286 in order to issue the ticket.
2. When I declined to pay the extra amount, they refused to refund me.
3. At 5:30 PM, the merchant emailed me a “ticket,” but the flight was scheduled to depart at 5:00 PM. This makes the ticket invalid and unusable, as tickets are expected to be issued well before departure to allow boarding.
4. Upon verification, the PNR and ticket number provided in this “ticket” cannot be found in the airline system, which indicates the ticket is fraudulent and was never valid in the first place.

The services provided (demanding extra payment, issuing a late and fraudulent ticket) do not meet the agreed booking terms. This is a clear case of service not rendered.

Still wating for a refund!! Didnt reply to my emails, Why am I being hung up on trying to call their premium help line? Terrible customer service, they have stolen my money

Easy my trip is bogus .they made me cancel my ticket and as per their recorded message of refund of rs 4280 of my tickets they have not refunded and also not replying. I am senior citizen and for my refund they are harassing me.

This is a scam, really bad place, never use this company, they scammed my money and I will never use this company again, they contact me through WhatsApp and phone, demanding more money, this is a typical scam, be careful, it takes only a moment to get scammed.After taking my money, they didn't even give me a refund. This is the worst experience. I couldn't sleep or eat all day. I was so depressed that I thought I was going crazy. I reported it to the police.

Superb service provider

I have tried to talk to you guys and have given you my details.If you don't refund my £44 by Friday this week I'm reporting you to Civil Aviation Authority because this fraud.

They didn't refund my friends amount, they have mentioned in the benefits that full refund is there but they didn't. They didn't the fraud.

Virgin atlantic has already initiated a Full refund for Mr Donald Patterson on behalf of his Medical Documents but now Easemytrip is not returning his money.

I have spoken to Mr Donald Patterson many times on a Voice call over Easemytrip company whatsapp number .

Now Mr Patterson is also suffering.

Easemytrip is easily doing Scam ,Fraud by Utilising Google Flights and Kayak service and META process through which UK citizens are able to make Payment.

Google Flights and Kayak should terminate Easemytrip UK Meta Accounts.

Don't allow Easemytrip Owners Rikant Pitti,Nishant Pitti and Prashant Pitti to arrive in London anymore because they are running Scam which is Hampering UK Citizens.

I would advise VFS Team don't issue Visa to the Owners of Easemytrip and any of their employees who are applying Visa for London

I would Request UK immigration Department to inform all the London airports to Blacklist all 3 owners of Easemytrip mentioned above and make sure they shouldn't arrive in London

If you think I am lying then I would Request you to refer my trailing emails and also Visit Easemytrip multiple Trustpilot accounts in which you would see that many UK citizens are Complaining because of Easemytrip but still there is no Action by ATOL UK.

I am also suprised How come UK Based Trustpilot Team allowing Easemytrip to use Multiple Trustpilot accounts,and just Because of this Easemytrip is easily doing Fraud and Scam with UK Citizens.

Easemytrip is having around 3 Trustpilot account ,so that they can easily do Scam with UK citizens by sitting in India.

They are issuing the special fare tickets through their Vendors with the help of Fake hotel vouchers.

Easemytrip is not clearing my dues and I will keep on fighting for this
