Requirements for parcel pickup was poorly explain. Customer support was very poor! Had to pay double for the collection of parcel.

NO NOT USING EASYPARCEL ANYMORE

NO! I have been having missed pickup/collection since December of last year. Happened lots of times already, and no one can give me any reason why courier did not pickup. Pickup time is scheduled UNTIL 7PM, and their customer service is only until 6PM. So if your parcel is not collected, no one can help you anymore as customer service is already closed. Then you contact customer service the next day, they will set collection the next day again, so that is 3 days of DELAY for your collection.

I understand that easyparcel is only the 3rd party and customer service is always passing the blame to the courier, but show at least some accountability because we are using your service. Just passing the blame to the courier, not giving me reason for missed up, just left me helpless.

Because of delay, I had to shoulder Grabxpress pickup because my customers cannot afford anymore delays. Imagine how much money I have wasted. I am not using their service anymore. You want pickup numbers, here are the long list of pickup numbers for all missed pickup:

Received my items in good condition

Received my items in good condition. They even have tracking SMS notification from the seller who's using EasyParcel to inform me my parcel has been shipped. the parcel was nicely wrapped with pretty pink EasyParcel packaging which is quite attractive. my items arrived fast n safely with extra great service to make me happy.

High recommend for an online business…

High recommend for an online business to use or if you have a single parcel to send.

I find their website is super easy and direct, and no hidden cost to book shipment.

Currently, I am using EasyParcel to send ship to domestic and international countries.

This system is cok up

This system is cok up. They will messed up ur collection and failed attempt up to 10 timws in a row whereby u have to use thw stupid software to contact their cs and the cs are ao unrealible when they tried to shift responsibility.

Not just that they will anyhow CHARGE u extras by claiming weight discrepancy whixh ia totally untrue

We are so sorry to hear about this and thank you very much for taking the time to share the situation. We apologize on behalf of the courier service that you’ve experienced on the shipment not being picked up on the scheduled date and sincerely apologize on the weight discrepancy issue.

Upon checking, we do believe that you are referring to Tracking no : 33386608883 for the collection issue. Based on the checking with our customer service agent, they do have an email with Ticket ID: 3054108 with your end.

We strongly believe that you are well aware that the parcel has failed to pick up due to the printing of Airway Bill) AWB is not clear and it was covered by the tape. Courier was unable to scan in with the AWB and If the courier removed the tape, the paper might be torn. They will be unable to scan in as well.

While, regarding the weight dispute issue, kindly be informed that these were the charges imposed by your selected courier company, Aramex.

For your information, based on our Terms and Conditions 4.0 International Shipments, shipment charges are calculated according to the higher of actual or volumetric weight and any Shipment may be re-weighed and re-measured by related courier to confirm on the calculation. You may refer to this link for more information: https://easyparcel.com/sg/en/tnc/. Once the courier finds out that the parcel weight is incorrectly declared, they will bill EasyParcel on the correct parcel weight and EasyParcel will bill our User accordingly.

Sincerely, we apologize that you are not well aware of this part. While we very much regret this charge, we are glad to open this line of communication to ensure the customer satisfaction would rise and we really appreciate your time and effort for raising this complaint to us.

As per checking with our customer service team, they do have an email with your end under Ticket ID : 3065348, kindly reply to this email for us to provide better assistance.
