The product itself is great. Where the product was cut to size is terrible, edges aren't straight. Disappointing.
Easy Signs からの回答
Hi Matthew,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a product review.
I'm sorry that the first batch of Foam PVC signs you had received were not up to our usual standard. As discussed over the phone, it appears that a slight error in cutting had caused the edges to be slightly curved.
However, as our Production Manager was quickly able to investigate and rectify this, we were happy to have had these ones reprinted for you, ensuring that the quality was back up to our usual standard.
We hope that you love these signs, and we look forward to working with you again in future for a 5-star experience!
Kind regards,
Andrew
