Commission for business - 1-3-5% depending on revenue volume. I have 5% ok, but guys also earn 5-7% on currencies spread — your total business commission may be 10-12%.

What is more disappointing: the first payments were ok — with no currency spread, but as I contracted my team via platform — for second turn commission already from 5 become 10-12%.

What’s funny: they appeal to xe platform as a change rate — just in the same UI / window, but xe shows all right. So my point — they just themselves rise the spread earning plus 5-7%.

I want to say thank you to this platform for how much they helped us with our freelancers around the world, payouts are just so much easier with easystaff especially in terms of tax for some of Europe-based freelancers. Before there was a double tax charged when my company sent money to them.

We pay in US $ and exchange rates are very favorable. There used to be more manual work but now it is less so because they made recurring tasks for regular payouts. This is super comfortable for some of our freelancers we work with every month.

I didn't believe at first but support is really human, and now I personally know several managers and I think that this of care is one reason Im not switching to other tools.

I simply love easystaff payroll, i really do. I'm on their 10% plan and I use it about once a month, but I do several payments at once. My current directors are Turkey, Belarus and India and my average payment is about 500-570 usd. I actually saw easystaff both as a freelancer and business. I learnt about easystaff because a US client paid with this platform and then i remembered it later when I was looking for something to pay my team.

So, as expected, this "company" is just a waste of time.
1. They help to avoid sanctions with payments to countries such as Russia and Belarus.
2. The hours of their business are deep night at US.
You can wait for a simple answer for a days cuase "Question" - "Answer" one per day because of it.
3. As a final, my company has declined our partnership.
I know about compliance staff because one of my businesses is affiliated with AML check and I have the same position. And, trust me, this company failed with that. My company passes all security checks by FinCEN, we had a succesfull exams from SEC... and didn't pass compliance from this company. This sound as a joke, but it's reality. Probably it's because they accidentally start business in the US without understanding fin. business here.

I will never try to partnership company as this one by myself. We had one employee who asked us to get paid by this company. I told him that it's a really stupid idea, they're gonna charge some fees, and do the same job that our company does. But he was adamant, and I tried.

I believe I was lucky that they simply refused our aplication cause I don't believe that this company will scam you.

Strongly not recommended to work. At least you will lose your time. And can lose your money.

Key issue this platform helped with was ugly delays in payroll we had for parts of our team in CIS, Serbia and Greece. My team is one of the best teams and I didn't want to lose it. So when delays started happening, part of the team stressed over not receiving money on time. They could not pay rent, for example, and it was critical to fix the problem.

For me, Easy Staff was honestly one of the biggest discoveries of 2025. I literally felt relieved when I found I can pay freelancers and they actually do deliver money.
Sure, there are similar solutions, but the problem was how expensive were they. It’s because small teams like my team are not big enough to afford these other platforms. For them small payouts just don’t make sense but for me small payments are a normal part of my work. With Easy Staff, the minimum payout is $10.
Another important thing when choosing a platform was checking how easy will it be for a freelancer to use and if it works in the CIS. Easy Staff’s payout options are working, and one case was with a crypto guy who wanted to be paid in crypto, while we only pay in regular money.
Personally, my favorite part is the automated paperwork like invoices and contracts. The only manual step left is for the freelancer to actually join the platform. One thing I wish they had was scheduled payouts and salaries in EUR.

I wanted to thank Easystaff Payroll for their help and their service. Especially big thanks to our person manager Julia for her support and answering all questions i had.
i onboarded two managers to my account, and we all reached out to Julia at some point and her replies were super helpful. So i was looking for something like Payroll to make hiring people (full time, part time) simple independent of where they are based, especially after 60% of my team relocated to Europe and Asia. One of freelancers we hired for a project shared this platform with us and we solved the problem. To me, top advantage is finding how fast it is to add a freelancer and auto closing documents for payments. It was serious issue. We were not hiring people from abroad because of this paperwork and other risks. But Payroll really helped! So I recommend it. We used it when we were 10 people and now we are a team of 25 people and Payroll still fits us, which is a plus.

Easystaff Payroll changed the way we pay freelancers and some people on our team. I can tell our story from both viewpoints. As someone inside the company (we're a tour operator), i myself have a manager's access to Easystaff and I onboard some freelancers there. I manage several locations across Europe so I am responsible for sending money to people who do guides for example. I put their details in the system and the finance team releases money to them. But I also was paid through easystaff payroll when I lived aboard for 1,5 years.
So I was able to experience the platform from both ends, so to speak. From my experience, the most important feature is simple clear document workflow. I feel like it's most important that we can pay any freelancer and get papers,because just sending money is not as difficult but having those papers is key. And as someone who was paid with Easystaff, I need to highlight the speed of money transfers. It rarely took longer than 3 days.

I want to thank EasyStaff Payroll for their help with payroll in my country. We hire a lot of freelancers on a quarterly basis, so paying them is important especially on time. This process is automated now. There is no need to run payroll manually. We send a payment to EasyStaff Payroll and they distribute it to freelancers. We get invoices and contracts for each freelancer but payments themselves are done by EasyStaff. Time-saving is incredible. Inhouse team is very small and we used to spend more time on paying freelancers than inhous team, this is why easystaff was a bliss. I have been working for 1,5 years now and I recommend ES Payroll to partners and counterparts. Thank you, great job. What I like most about the Platform is its customer support service. It is hard sometimes to be sure that everything is filled out correctly. They always help me and answer all my questions very quickly.

We have been using easystaff payroll for some time in my company. It really helps with managing payments to freelancers in different countries. The system is simple to use and onboarding new people is fast. Its greatest advantage of course is that we don't have to worry about payment methods, because the platform has many payment methods (like crypto and bank cards).

Personally, I just spend far less time that before on paying freelancers we work with. Even as not an accountant, I really feel that there is less work now.

One thing I didn't like was several cases of seriously delayed payments. Support explained that this is just how things happen sometimes, but I honestly could not believe it. I get it when it is only one delayed payment, but when there is a series, I have reasons to think I need to double check with the platform berforehand.

I’ve been in love with the platform ever since my first payment to my CIS team went through! My project has grown quite a bit, with occasional foreign payments here and there (i run a small language school), and I absolutely love the easy of payments.
Legal-wise, I’ve also been more then happy - I am able to use the papers they provide for payments my company makes, so it’s safe in the aspect. I don’t think I saw any problems whatsoever, except a couple onboarding issues when my freelancers had to wait for too long but that was solved with the support team. Last but not least, the exchange rates are extremely good. To sum up, I recommend easystaff and I personally remain a fan. Thanks!

Absolutely loved Easystaff payroll for contractor payments. We had several freelatcers from CIS and Eastern Europe and Easystaff really was the life savior we needed. The best feature was speed. The platform only asked the very minimum of documents (paprework to prove the business exists) and we reached out to customer support for faster onboarding, so it really took us even less than 24 hours.
Payment-wise, all is good, except there si too much manual work: I onboard freelancers, they accept work, they send results, etc. But I guess, you can live with it because I am happy the payments are compliant and fast in the emd of the day. Thanks, Easystaff payroll!
