Quick, efficient & safe

Amazing experience from start to finish. Mel was so helpful in assisting me on WhatsApp to organise everything. On the day the team arrived early, were very professional and my items were packed and delivered with the utmost of care. Even when I thought 2 boxes had gone missing a day later, I contacted Mel. After contacting the team she advised me within 30 minutes where to look for the boxes, which were in a storage compartment I didn’t even know existed in my new apartment. Truly amazing. Thank you to the whole team 🙏🏻

Great team, very organised, arrived on time, and very professional. They even vacuumed my apartment as they packed up the furniture. Exceptional customer service from every person I interacted with - movers and admin support. 100% worth every penny!

The team arrived in advance and was very polite and patient. They effectively packed a 1-room apartment in 2 hours and then quickly unpacked everything in a new place, hung curtains, a TV stand, and connected a washing machine. I am very pleased with the work of the team and grateful for how carefully they treated the fragile and expensive computer equipment. They also vacuumed after themselves after they drilled through the walls and ceilings.

This is my second time hiring them for shifting. They used to be good and this time they were in a rush to leave. They emptied all boxes without properly organising it (as they previously used to). Guessing it might be because of the summer weather. Yet overall good experience.

The moving crew arrived punctually, all in uniform, and conducted the move with impressive efficiency. I was particularly pleased with their meticulous handling of delicate items, which were carefully wrapped before being touched. The entire unit was relocated within a few hours. Their professionalism and speed make them a top choice for future moving needs.

I've been using Easytruck a few times now during the past 8 years. Service is simply excellent, and the teams are very competent. From dealing with Margoux online up to Zubair delivering the goods. Well done and thank you, much appreciated!

Professional, fast, thorough, on time and good value for money

All moving staff are friendly and kind. However, i feel this move was rushed and crammed into one day. Items placed back in storage sheds were just rammed and shoved in to any space available. I felt the team just wanted to get the job done as fast as possible. Items of ours in yellow tubs were just unpacked and placed everywhere so the team could get their tubs back. The following items have been identified as damaged and/or not working since unpacking. Washing Machine, Waterwise Water Machine, Kids Play Kitchen. The floating desk was taken down hasty instead of being dismantled appropriately, handling it half assembled has caused damage. Again all these actions are indicative of just simply being rushed. While this move was less stressful than our previous move i think it could have been better.
