Main page is public & not easily customizable

There are no settings from keeping your page private (only the album), no ability to allow guests to enter their information if they wanted to, and no clear instructions to refund. I did a trial with another site and that was so much better so I didn’t even bother using this Service for my event. It would be nice to have a trial rather than paying to find out that it doesn’t have the features that are desired.

We’d like to clarify a few points for future customers. EasyWeddingAlbum does include privacy settings for the album, including the ability to hide photos from guests and manage photo visibility. The public event page is designed to make it easy for guests to access the upload experience via the QR code, but we understand your feedback about wanting more customization and clearer privacy options for that page.

Regarding refunds, we do handle them when customers contact us directly. However, we could not find any support message from you before this review, so we unfortunately did not have the opportunity to help, clarify the features, or offer a solution.

This was a game changer for our wedding!

This was a game changer for our wedding! We printed the QR code for everyone to upload pictures/videoes and we had over 800 added!!! It was so easy, and we are so happy with the results. The only thing I struggled with was downloading the images afterwards; I could not do it from Safari on my MacBook, so I had to use Chrome (but I was super frustrated for a while until I tried another web browser). Other than that, I highly recommend using this for any occasion!

Everything was grea

Everything was grea, except it lagged when everyone was trying to upload pictures. It was a great way to send your pictures and videos to the bride and groom.

Gutes Preis-LeistungsverhÀltnis

Die Bedienung ist nicht super intuitiv, aber es hat alles gut geklappt und die Fotos konnten von den GÀsten hochgeladen werden. Es war etwas schade, dass ich nicht alle Fotos auf einmal herunterladen konnte, deshalb musste ich in 50er Schritten downloaden. Deshalb ein Stern. Abzug.
Aber fÃŒr den Preis kann man nichts sagen!
