Highly reccomend
Eat Fit is a godsend. I have a busy schedule so I often struggle to find time to eat healthy, but since I discovered Eat Fit I haven't looked back. Their meals are delicious and you can tell they only use top quality ingredients. Delivery is prompt and the staff are so friendly.

Amazing
Wow! Out of this world prep meals! I have a tight schedule with working long hours and fitting gym in when I can so cooking for me is nearly impossible! These guys have made my life that little bit easier and damn right tastier, highly recommend you won’t be disappointed!

Honestly the best meal prep that keeps me on track!
The meals are fresh, delicious, healthy, and portions are perfect for me! I've found often with meal prep the portions can be on the smaller side, but with EAT FIT it's just right!
It's so easy to pick your meals, sort out your order and delivery is quick too!
Definitely recommend!

Great for if you’re on a tight schedule and you want to eat healthy! I don’t often have time to prepare my meals due to work, Eat Fit allowed me to eat delicious balanced meals without the prep!

I recently placed my first order with a meal prep company, and EATFIT did not disappoint! The service was excellent. The communication with the staff was straightforward, menu was clearly laid out and it is easy to place the order. They offer a great variety of meal options.
With my busy schedule at work and university, meal prepping can be tough, but I’ve really enjoyed the meals so far. I’m looking forward to ordering again! :)

The website/app is user-friendly, offering a wide range of options. The food was incredibly fresh, healthy and nutritious! And the staff was wonderful and the customer service was outstanding.
