Really good, tasty meals. Order process is simple with clear delivery timelines. I switched over from another meal service provider and haven’t looked back since!

I had a few different companies before EatPing, and these guys were the best in every way

The food is really tasty comoared to other meal prep companies I have tried, really convenient and lives up to the advertising! Great mix of convenience, flavour and portion size. Nick is also extremely responsive, friendly, and the customer service is second to none that I have seen.

I've tried quite a few meal services and so far, this has been my favourite. High protein, good options and great flavours.

I am trialling most of the ready meal delivery companies at the moment and eatping for me has been the best one so far.

The food itself has some that are incredible ( lo mein + Toppoki) I highly recommend.

The best part is that you can speak directly with staff on Whatsapp to give your feedback or for any issues you may have.

I think they have major potential to overtake the others if they continue as they are.

Really tasty food, authentic flavours and ingredients. Great if you want fast ready, high quality, healthy food that actually tastes really good. Delivery also spot on!

Just got my first box and it was very good! Great packaging and genuinely home-cooked flavours

Food quality was so much better than what I tried previously, cooked well, seasoned enough, not to overdo powering. Would definitely buy again.

Flavours are great, customer service is great, the founder speaks to you over WhatsApp to get your thoughts on the food and the menu is great!

Having now eaten some of the meals, the rest were thrown away, you'll see why in a minute, whilst the portions are small (strength options were selected) and pics taken of sealed packages too, to prove. There is very little veg, if any at all in some. The meals DO NOT in anyway look like advertised. Also on eating one, clearly the broccoli is way past best, an awful taste and very pungent smell too, mushy, yellowing, and slimey (yes I tasted it, because I don't like wasting food, but had to throw the lot)...I feel massively cheated here now. *Definitely can not recommend buying these,* Awful!!!!!

*Second edit after response from Eat Ping* so glad you didn't got down the defensive line here, with that said. You may want to improve several areas, the veg you use. 2 meals were thrown due to rotting veg, pictures taken (if you want to see them Nick....email me. You'll see what I mean STRAIGHT AWAY) Also I ordered larger/strength options on all items, Now the boxes are larger granted, so I took pictures (again if you want to see them email me Nick, I'd upload them to Instagram for you but you'd probably delete the comments AGAIN. These ones were sealed but had to be thrown too, still sealed. All half full, pointless putting a strength options out there if you're only going to fill the box half way. I should be asking for a REFUND IN FULL if I'm honest, I won't bother, just glad to be rid of the meals now.....oh and in one of the meals the prawns were off too. A company using cheap produce and selling it at inflated prices. Will never use again. Gone back to my local chef who provides fresh food at a vastly reduced price to these, I only used these for variety, never again

Not the worst, but way behind almost all 'local' meal prep companies that you'll find on Instagram near you..

My pack arrived on the outside doorstep in the carpark of the apartment block that I live in, free to be stolen at any time, left in the rain without ringing the doorbell. Not a great start. DPD is to blame here not necessarily a PingEats issue, but not a great start at all.

My 2 premium meals were substituted for none premium meals, yet I was still charged premium prices, go figure that one out. (NO ONE CONTACTED ME ON ANY PLATFORM AT ANY TIME, phone, email, WhatsApp, Instagram etc to inform me of any change or necessary reduction in charges, which they didn't do) And no refund was ever offered for the reduced price meals either. There's RED FLAG 1.

2 meals were damaged on unpacking, very common with this type of packaging that several of these type of companies use. Not a big deal but food all over the box isn't great.

When trying to contact them, this is a big one and very strange to be honest. I contacted them via Instagram (I left a comment on a post asking for their customer services number)
THEY HAVE DELETED THE COMMENT....A HUGE RED FLAG NUMBER 2 here as it implied there was a customer service issue, something they now clearly wanted to hide. I contacted them via messenger too, only to be told the number they had just sent through was wrong after it went to straight to voicemail, "can you share your number ... we'll contact you from our end" sounds fishy already, I was ready for a withheld number and what did I get - a withheld number.. suprise, suprise.
The reason you don't get a WORKING and /or MANNED customer service number is a big red flag. Withholding a customer service number is a big no, no.

Sending out lower priced meals and not 'attempting' a refund or contact is a no no, hoping that customers won't notice maybe. Sounds like fraud really, 2 meals damaged, well that happens, but your customer service needs looking at. I have been told that I'll expect a refund for the 4 meals in the next 10 days, I'll see if that happens. But some underhand actions already spotted, I won't hold my breath and have 120 days with the bank to dispute anyway.

Feel free to talk all this down, I'll edit it after your response (with an edit section). That customer service trick just seemed weird, hence the cancellation of my account on the phone today and removing requests on posts on a social media platform, just underhand that.

Also the meals look nothing and I mean nothing like the advertised meals, some have said already that they appear very samey, over use of one type of veg maybe. Definitely not worth the extra premium that you spend with PingEats.

I have had 2 weeks of orders from Eatping and as a Malaysian, I can confirm that the dishes are tasty and the flavours are authentic asian cuisine. It is extremely hard to find fresh pre-made meals that do Asian cuisines proud so if you are a fan of bold Asian flavours, Eatping will not disappoint. The dishes that are a standout are the Beef rendang, Lo Mein and Beef dan dan noodles. The banana bread is also very moist and to die for. As they are an upcoming, small business, there were some slight issues with my orders but nothing that Neil and his team couldn't resolve quickly and satisfactorily. Neil and his team goes above and beyond to make things right if there are any issues with your order so you don't have to worry if any issues come up. I highly recommend Eatping as their food and customer service are top-tier.

Great tasting food, good portion size

Tried Eat Ping – Asian Authentic Food via home delivery and was really impressed! 🌟

The food arrived well packed, in ice pack, and neatly presented – no spills or mess, which is always a big plus. You can tell they take care even with deliveries.

Taste-wise, everything was full of flavour and felt very authentic. The dishes were fresh, well-seasoned, and portion sizes were generous – definitely value for money.

Even though it was a takeaway, the quality didn’t drop at all. It honestly felt like food at home.

I'm a Malaysian so I'm not homesick anymore . Thanks Nick . You definitely loved up to my expectations.

Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for reliable and tasty Authentic Asian food

Absolutely loved eat pings meals. We were on Simmer before and it is much more flavourful and the flavours are quite authentic for some dishes too.

I have ordered twice now from this company and all meals have been really good, delivered on time and well presented. Will definitely order from them again.

I really wanted to like this. I love Asian food and was really excited that I could get the taste with good macros and also support a small business. I tried it for 3 weeks (10 meals / week).
Sadly, the quality of the meals is poor: I would find bones and cartilage in the cubed chicken and it wouldn’t taste fresh (I found the meat extremely off-putting due to the quality and was struggling to eat it). Also, the amount of veg is insufficient and with little variety: I only received small servings of green beans and bok choi despite differing 10 different meals each week. I also found many meals to taste and look the exact same despite being different dishes (I somehow had 5 meals taste exactly like char siu chicken despite ordering 10 different ones a week).

Super tasty food, very convenient format and easy to plan for the week!
Also great support from the chat on WhatsApp, they respond swiftly for any question!
So far great experience that I recommend!
