Good service, ordered a variety box. only tried the granola so far but they are lovely. if I had one complaint I would say they are to sweet

Brilliant taste,

Wow where do I start?
Extremely expensive for what it is.
Effectively nearly £5 per box of cereal & I don't mean the big "family pack" box size of cereal either.
I mean the sort of box sizes you'd get of even regular brands like CocoPops for around £2 that fill maybe 3 bowls.

They are charging extortionate prices making a huge profit mark up hiding behind the "better quality ingredients" excuse which is completely untrue.
Last I checked, a F tonne of artificial sweetener like Stevia is neither "a better ingredient" nor is it expensive.
So where this justification to charge so much is coming from, has yet to be explained.

Then there's the taste.
You could replicate this yourself: Cut up some cardboard. Roll it into balls/tubes/hoops, then sprinkle on a tonne of stevia & extremely strong artificial flavouring to the point where it's borderline inedible.
Hey presto, you now basically have Surreal Cereal.

Then there's the after effects. Many people, including myself experience bloating & gas after eating this. It's dire. Just what you need to comfortably start your day right? Feeling uncomfortable & embarrassed.

They effectively steal from you too. You pause your subscription and they quietly un-pause it and let the order automatically go through when you didn't know that next order was even automatically getting placed giving you no warning notifications like emails or texts to make sure you're aware prior to the charges being made & then they unhelpfully state "No refunds once the order has gone through", so you end up with another expensive order of boxes of cereal you neither wanted or like. Thanks for that. I'm sure that's an intentional business practice.

They even have the nerve to completely ignore when you contact them. No reply whatsoever.

When you try fully cancel rather than pause, the CEO pathetically tries to make FOUR different attempts, including a pathetic self-recorded video practically begging you to get you to change your mind & not cancel.
All sorts of scummy bad UX practices in place too, like offering you minor discounts if you don't cancel, discounts if you positively review (hence why it has such high ratings from sheep helping push this product as a pyramid scheme to help recover some of their wasted money they regret spending) & also psychology tricks like saying "you'll lose/waste your built up credit with us if you cancel!"
Credit that you will never fully use up because every time you order, they'll give you a bit more credit, so you will never be able to cancel without wasting credit if you get what I mean, as it will always be above 0.

Given the earlier point about how they don't notify you about upcoming automatic orders (even when you've paused your subscription) I wouldn't be in the least bit surprised if their marketing & business teams literally operate on the HOPES that people don't cancel & they make a lot of their money via customers that get charged for orders they forgot about.

This crap is literally always on sale too, both as part of a marketing tactic & the fact no one in their right mind would pay full price for this.

If you're even remotely considering buying this awful product, ask someone else who's tried it before for their opinion first.
If for some reason you still want to try it, don't buy direct.
Buy a single small box from a shop like Sainsburys so when you realise how bad it tastes, you don't end up wasting even more of your money realising you've got another 6-7 boxes to go through. That's how they get you.

It's totally buyer's remorse.

This is the first company making low carb high protein food that produces enjoyable food that I actually want to eat.
Also fast delivery and they have a really good sense of humour on all of their packaging 🙂

Low sugar, low carbs. Best cereal I’ve ever tasted. Keeps blood sugar low if diabetic. Keeps you full till lunch. Would highly recommend

Love the Granola. So tasty and without the fake sugar taste. Also good as a snack.

I thought I would take a gamble and give Surreal a go so ordered 6 packets of different flavours plus 2 types of Granola and got the free bowl and spoon. The bowl is a great idea as it limits your portion to the recommend amount. Enough to add berries of oats or a banana chopped up. Pleasantly surprised with the two flavours tried so far, comfortable with the prices because it is a "right" cereal, not the nonsense you buy in supermarkets. Delivery arrived quickly and fine, driver courteous.

Great taste and very healthy. Very low sugar means we can even eat it as an evening snack. Delicious taste, lots of new recipes we never heard of. Both kid and parents loves them.

My order came quickly and was correct. The cereals so far are very tasty and filling.

Fast delivery, the taste is wonderful, so much crunch even with milk. My favourite is the granola, the grandchildren love the chocolate pops.
Great to start the day with especially at 5am before work, keeps me full until I go for breakfast at 9.30 ish. Will be ordering again.

I’ve started with Cinnamon cereal as it’s always been a favourite flavour. It is ok but overwhelmingly sweet and not a cinnamony as I’d hoped.
What I do appreciate ( as an insulin dependent diabetic) is that it did not spike my blood sugar at all…and that’s amazing, thank you.
