The instructions were poor and so I decided to try and call them. There is no phone number available and it cannot be found with a Google search. I sent them 2 emails and received no reply. In the end I solved the problem by stopping an old man in the supermarket who had a similar rollator.

It's sturdy and easy to push and you can lock the brakes and have a sit down when ever you need to

I resisted getting one of these for ages but I got tired of trying to prop up my walking stick whenever I am not using it and I realised it would be so much simpler if I could just leave it standing beside me. It was a bit cheaper than similar items from other sellers but it's still very sturdy and it supports me much better than a simple cane. It was sent out and delivered very quickly. I am impressed by the asymmetric design of the foot although the leaflet instructions for swapping it appear to be for a slightly different model. Overall a very successful purchase.
