Pretty good online grocery shop for…

Pretty good online grocery shop for Asian food product, delivery was fast with good packaging plus good updates from ebazar team, missed one of product on my order no biggy as after reporting it they sorted out the refund.

The wheat flour packet was damaged and…

The wheat flour packet was damaged and flour spilled in the box. Also, you must have known the packet is damaged because there was tape applied to cover it up

Response to comment - This was not a transit damage. The damage was fixed by applying a TAPE. I am not interested in pursuing this further. This was just a feedback.

We would like to clarify that our team carefully checks and securely packs all products before dispatch. We do not apply tape to damaged flour or atta packets, as such packaging would not hold properly. All items leave our warehouse in good condition.

Unfortunately, once the parcel is handed over to the third-party courier service, the package goes through multiple handling stages during transit. In some cases, rough handling during transportation can cause damage to delicate items such as flour bags.

We truly regret that this happened with your order. Please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the damaged product, and we will review the issue with the courier partner and assist you with the appropriate resolution.

Absolutely terrible experience with…

Absolutely terrible experience with Ebazaar. We received the wrong items in our order, and what followed was even worse than the initial mistake. When we reached out for a simple refund or exchange, the owner was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to take responsibility.

Mistakes can happen in any business — but the way customers are treated afterwards shows the true standards of a company. Instead of professionalism or basic courtesy, we were met with arrogance and zero support. This level of service is unacceptable, and customers deserve far better than this.

Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Ebazaar. Definitely not a platform I would trust again.

At Ebazaar, we always double-check all orders carefully before packing and dispatching to minimise any errors. However, in the rare event that an issue occurs, our standard procedure is to arrange a courier collection of the incorrect items at our own expense and provide a replacement or refund once the products are returned.

In your case, we offered to arrange courier collection from your address and process the appropriate resolution after receiving the returned items. We also offered an alternative option of providing a store coupon for your convenience. Unfortunately, both options were declined, and a refund was requested without returning the products, which is not in line with our returns policy.

As a small business operating in Ireland, courier and transaction costs are significant, and we must follow fair procedures for all customers.

We remain committed to resolving genuine issues in a fair and professional manner and are always happy to assist customers who follow the standard return process. If you are still willing to return the items, we would be glad to arrange the courier collection and resolve this matter.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Sent to wrong address. When asked to update address, the guy called k**** yell at us. This store will never improve or raise.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. The order was shipped to the address and Eircode provided at checkout. During the busy Christmas period, the courier mistakenly routed the parcel to the wrong depot, which was outside of our control.

Once we were informed, we worked with the courier, postponed the delivery as requested, and arranged for the parcels to be redirected. We covered significant courier costs on our side to ensure the delivery was completed.

When we contacted you, it was only to confirm the address details and assist with resolving the courier issue. We always aim to support our customers and resolve problems as quickly as possible.

Packing and shipping was good and…

Packing and shipping was good and prompt.. few products were old.. namely rice flour, besan flour, they were packed in Nov 24 and mar 25 respectively.. they have minimal shelf life march 2026 and Apr 2026.. other packs had good shelf life.. just check once before you ship next time so that all the products have good shelf life..
