I haven’t yet received the product and it keep saying it will be delivered today. Hence I have rated 3 star. When I was buying the item the description was it is an express delivery and I believe you charge the money for the same even tho customer are not receiving the item on time. Very disappointed as a new mom.

Very disappointed with this company. I bought a breast pump, and it only worked for a few days before it completely stopped expressing milk. As a new mum, I really needed it to express my breast milk, and this caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety. I contacted customer service and even sent them videos showing the problem. At first, they told me they had sent a replacement, but I never received anything. Later, they told me that if I wanted a replacement quickly, I would have to pay £75. Otherwise, the only option was to send the faulty pump back, but they never even gave me a return address—only an email to contact. The whole process has taken far too long, and I still don’t have a working replacement. On top of that, some of their replies came across as sarcastic and unhelpful, which made an already stressful situation even worse.

Very happy with this. Works well and I am seeing results after one week of inducing relactation. Only downside is that I wish it came with a flange sizer and more flanges in different sizes.

Double pump doesn't work absolute garbage Tried to return and was refused due to hygiene but the product is faulty and still can't get a refund avoid

The pump is very good. The only issue is that you need to pump near the socket as it doesn’t come with a battery.

I was happy but sometimes it’s now been working well . I bought it few months and i didn’t used it everyday just when i need to teke my milk out and now is broken. Some read light is flashing all the time . So i didn’t recommend it because of the short life.

Not powerful enough for me, I did phone them but they just told me to try different things which I have and still the same so I feel as if iv waisted my money. If there is a fault it should be refunded
