I have been with Ebenegate for almost 1 year now, and my experience has been very positive so far. The team has been supportive and professional, always ready to answer my questions and explain everything clearly.
Setting up the IVA was straightforward, and since then everything has been well organised. I feel more in control of my finances, and the process has been much less stressful than I expected.
Communication has been good, and any time I needed help, they responded in a reasonable time. Overall, I’m happy with the service and would recommend them to others who are in a similar situation.

I had a problem that needed sorting asap and I spoke to cokes neersoo who sorted it within 15 minutes very helpful

I had to call regarding an IVA that i had paid over a year ago but had not realised that i had not received a completion ceetificate.i spoke to Dilesh Veeramah and explained the situation and after a short wait the certificate was sent to my email and it was all explained to me so i could send the paerwork on.This was such a huge help and took a huge weight off my mind so thankyou Dilesh.

As I explained in my call being a new customer with all this and after months of hard work from my debt solvency team we got a result and now after all this a creditor gives me another wage arrestment, so stressed out and worried I contacted my solvency team and vikesh was straight into resolving my issue,sent him the paperwork and he dealt with it straight away, thanks so much and knowing that people like vikesh understand our situation and really do resolve our problems, thanx again vikesh
