Thank you for your review and for your kind words about the service and the new tyres — we’re really pleased to hear you were happy with the work on your eBike.

We’re genuinely sorry for the confusion around the collection. As mentioned at the time, we would call you as soon as the bike was fully ready for collection, which we hadn’t done before you made your first trip.

The invoice was sent ahead of time for convenience, but we can see how that might have been taken as confirmation that the bike was ready. On this day, we were still waiting for the new tyres to arrive, which they fortunately did later that same day—allowing for collection a few hours after you had made your first trip.

Thank you for your feedback and for trusting us to refurbish your bike—we’re really glad to hear you were happy with the overall service and value.

We’re very sorry to hear about the slow puncture. We hadn't observed any loss of pressure while the bike stood inflated in our workshop for the week before collection, and we would have rectified it straight away if we had.

We’d be more than happy to replace the inner tube for you free of—just bring the bike back into the store at your convenience, and we’ll get it sorted.
