The service is great and the packaging is amazing. It arrived very quickly from China.

It takes a lot of effort to correctly understand the final cost of delivery. Not the best customer orientation. But good price offers and fast delivery. Unfortunately, the refund does not work if you are not satisfied with the color or other.
It is important to understand that if you are sure that you want to buy and have independently calculated the delivery, you can be sure that you will receive a quality product in a short time.

The shipment method is wrong and sale team is not helpful. It display shipment method in checkout showing 3 days delivery and I email to sale team, they said that shipment method is wrong and it's one of the worse online order I experienced.

I have had a good experience with this site anything that I have ordered so far has been perfect I had 1 issue but was sorted very quickly I would recommend this site. Good customer service on email an WhatsApp. the reason for not 5 stars an only 4 is shipping cost can be a little high.

Came across this company as I was looking for a 'Yue Lao' statue. I took a chance on Ebuy7 as it's on the other side of the world - Never heard of them either. Customers services 100%. I asked questions and was answered ASAP. Shipping was fast and package was perfect. I would recommend them and I will be back :)

I ordered a longboard from this website, at first a little sceptical as i’ve never seen or heard much about this site but thought I’d take the risk and was really happy i did! The longboard i ordered arrived really quick and perfect condition with additional gifts too :) would order again!

I order the 5.8 cm Sandalwood Chinese chess but I received the 5.8 cm Chicken wing wood Chinese chess. I complain and request solve this problem but sale man said the item is correct. I proved the shipping make a mistake, they solved the problem. Ebuy7 is still my favorite online shop.
