First time purchase. Items received in good condition.

Absolute crooks, swindlers, liars and rip off merchants. Order goods, wait 3 weeks, told carrier lost the consignment, asked two times for refund, told to be patient, they will tell supplier to resend. Nothing received, claimed money back on credit card, do they took the payment again. Now told to claim back on ebay??

I received the hinges for the HP Officejet 7612 printer in good used/refurbished condition. From the time of the original order on 28 January 2022, to receipt on 28 February 2022, there is evidence that the timing of placing my order was affected by the Chinese New Year, there were notices of possible delays on the order page. My overall experience is good, the items I received are as described, and this is the first time I have used this shopping platform, the only comparable platform I have used is AliExpress that states 75 days time frame for receipt of items, and this order is within the comparable platform time frame. When the order was shipped, there are tracking links on the order page, so tracking from China to the USA is available. Thank You.

5 stars excellent shipping to the USA, CA it arrived here in just about 10 days shipping tracking was entire way it tracked. product was as i ordered and even came with bonus free tools. Do not be misled by these 1 star hastly or even fake reviews. they are legit i got my honewell PTM7950 ARRIVED WAYYYY EARLIER THAN EXPECTED faster than FED EX GROUND FROM USA LOCATION TO USA LOCATION INSANE !and product was intact and very carefully packaged as to ensure the fragile contents the phase change thermal mat wasnt tarnished in tranist. 5 stars will give china my buisness. and they EVEN SHIPPED IT BEFORE CHINESE NEW YEAR WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN HORRIBLE BUT THEY SHIPPED IT IN TIME AND UNLIKE OTHER STORES WHO HAD THIS SPECIFIC ITEM I WAS LOOKING FOR EVERYWHERE FOR THEY GOT IT TO ME BEFORE THE CHINESE TIGER NEW YEAR BEGAN which is a shipping black out in china everything stop.

I did even not order from the site, but I am giving it a 1 star anyway for how sketch it is. DO NOT RUIN YOUR 2022+ AND ORDER FROM THIS SITE. If you don't believe me, just look past the deluge of fake 5-star posts (that were totally not Google translated and obviously written by real users) and gaze upon the shipping tab in the reviews. They hold your payment hostage while demanding over twice the money of your order for "shipment". If this company were on the NYSE, I would buy puts on margin. Honestly makes Wish look like a quality business.

I was a bit anxious because i had read some negative reviews and scam warnings. When a surplus weight charge arrived and delayed the shipping I emailed support and got an immediate response reassuring me that everything was ok. Once the item was shipped (i chose FedEx), the tracking was impeccable every step of the way. It arrived on the projected date, within 2 weeks, even though they included Christmas and New Year bank holidays. Perfectly packed and easily assembled. Very happy.
