Have worked with eCam Secure for almost 4 years. Found them to be very responsive and easy to work with.

Although I suppose this camera does what it's supposed to., it's not very well suited for my application. in construction when things move daily the flexibility of camera positions of recording and of looking at back images is not very effective

I believe cameras that were supposed to have been monitored were not as in a 4 hour period a fork lift and fuel tank were stolen and no one was contacted from our firm nor the authorities. Still have not received a report on the incident.

The staff was very helpful. I received proposals very timely. The system we rented hasn't had any problems.

The account executive (Cynthia Kibby) assigned to TX-Morrow operates with a sense of urgency and professionalism. She puts our needs and concerns first as priority often working late and on weekends to respond to are demanding security needs.

We hired Ecamsecure to protect our construction site. They had quick responses from the customer service department and they were able to give us everything we needed at an affordable price. I also loved the capability to view my construction site whether from a mobile device or my computer screen.

Real time reporting and recording of incidents

Ozzie Flores and his team are phenomenal! I have the pleasure of working with Mr. Flores on multiple instances and he's always been more than efficient, timely and knowledgeable on his products and the best practice to address my concerns. Very happy with the service of this company.

I was skeptical on the service and whether or not it would work and how responsive their service would be. We got the unit with a thermal camera for night activities and have been more than happy with the product and service.

The set up of the security camera was by eCam and went well. The system is easy for end users. The reliability of the camera / website is questionable. There has been several occasions where the image is not available on the website and images are missing from the history. After a couple of days eCam has been able to restore images but it is annoying.

Great Service and very easy to work with. Handles situations in a timely and professional manner.

Well designed, and responsive service. They've really thought a lot about how to do this well.
