E-Charge Install レビュー

I am very happy with the installation. The price was very reasonable. Callum, the electrician, was very patient and competent. He shared all the information required for proper usage.

These guys are to be trusted, really gave good advice that saved me money. Thank you

Install process was really easy! Once confirmed Phil arrived on time and installed the charger in the perfect spot!

Could recommend e charge and Phil more!

Great service from start to finish and can't thank the guys enough. Josh was excellent to deal with over email and Billy was helpful from start to finish.

Clear and responsive over email, and then extremely helpful when they came to the house. The engineer talked though everything with me and was able to install the charger exactly where I wanted it. The work they did was top quality and faultless.

Thanks guys - really appreciate it.

I got the Ev charger installed and commissioned very nicely. Josh and his team coordinated very professionally and recommend for anyone wants Ev charger.

They are really premium as tesla listed. I just did their online quote system where they ask you to upload certain photos and videos to give them an idea regarding the installation. I got a callback within week quoting the price which includes all the fittings and vat. I got the charger installed 1 day before tesla delivery and technician arrived exactly on time and the installation took only just 1.5 hours and he was just excellent throughout the service. I would really recommend them to anyone who is trying to install the an electric charger.

I got a quote from them with a phone inquiry, they were rapid to respond and offered a really competitive well explained quote for Tesla Wallcharger installation. I was also looking for the soonest availability and they were able to book something for next week, that is really nice to have!

Callum, the engineer, he was super friendly and meanwhile focused on his work and professional. He explained the everything very well, and installed the charger with a nice cable work.

He also has quite an experience on mobile app setup for Octopus and Tesla, and gave me nice insights how I can use the apps.

I am really happy to work with them, and I can recommend it to anyone who is looking for ev charger installation!

Dear E- Charge
A huge and sincere thank you to E-Charge, and especially to Josh, the Director, for going above and beyond for us at extremely short notice.
From installing the charge points, activating them on the system, showing us exactly how everything worked, and even helping us set everything up on our mobile phones and computers , the level of service and support was absolutely incredible.
With our major Investor Roadshow taking place on 14 May 2026, Josh and the E-Charge team achieved what honestly felt impossible within such a tight timeframe. Thanks to their hard work, dedication, and professionalism, we were able to successfully showcase our brand, products, and services exactly as planned.
We here at Northgate Mobility, part of ZIGUP, are extremely grateful for all the support provided throughout the process.
We are absolutely blown away by the service from E-Charge. Massive thanks again to Josh and the whole team, your support made a huge difference and is genuinely appreciated.

Really great service, easy to book and find a convenient time, engineer turned up on the dot and a really quick and efficient service - would thoroughly recommend.

The service was absolutely fantastic and they did really very professional and very quick and there is no mess on my wall or floor !! The engineer callum is the best he did everything perfect and installed everything what it needs and he explained me in detail step by step

Value for money and they did not charge me high price like some people ask me huge amount around £1200 for just installation

But these ppl charge me really good price !! I never imagined

I would highly recommend this company if you need an EV charger installation. The communication was clear, detailed and transparent. I have also received quick and effective support after some unexpected issues with the charger (Not the fault of the installers). This is a company with integrity.

From the very first conversation, E-Charge Install set the bar high. Josh, the Director, was communicative, professional and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process - exactly the kind of reassurance you want when you're arranging something like an EV charger installation for the first time.
Phil and Jay arrived on the 21st of April and carried out the install to an absolutely exceptional standard, even though I had a couple of challenging situations. They were friendly, respectful of my home, and left everything spotless. Before they headed off, they took the time to walk me through everything about the charger - how it works, what to look out for, all of it - so I felt completely confident from day one.

If you're looking for a company that gets everything right, from the initial contact through to the finished job, look no further. A genuine 5 star service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend E-Charge Install to anyone.

From the moment I contacted Josh at E-Charge Install, the communication and service was faultless. We were given tailored quotes and detailed information about the most suitable and different chargers available to us and what would be most suited to our needs.

Jay visited to inspect/quote and he like Josh was thorough, patient and explained everything.

On the day of install, Jay attended along with Phil who was equally as professional and trustworthy.

We had a number of people quote and to some degree you always take a punt with companies even after researching, however they were competitively priced and a cut above everyone in terms of professionalism. This is how every company SHOULD operate and treat their customers.

I would absolutely and unreservedly recommend E-Charge Install.

Really happy with the job the guys did for us. Very competitive rate and the install was done really neatly and tidily. Cabling indoors is very discreet and the 2 guys that did the install were lovely too.

After engaging E-Charge Install, I had a very positive experience from start to finish. The whole team was highly professional, and I would not hesitate to recommend them for EV charging installation.

Calum did my installation, very efficient and completed to high standard. Josh was also great in getting it booked in a fielding my questions . Would use again 5 stars.

The process was smooth, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The team was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
Lovely to see such high quality worksmanship and customer care, would highly recommend.
