SCAM!!! Images showed a beautiful dress, what I received resembled nothing of what was advertised. Cheap, crappy material. Shipped from China. 100% polyester, advertised as cotton. Do NOT buy from this company, they will not reply to your emails.

I would say 0 stars! Quality is rubbish and looks nothing like what is on the website. This website should be taken down for scams. I emailed them asking for a refund and no response. Please don’t buy from this place and waste your money.

I am a Vancouver consumer who bought a dress from this website in April 2026. I received a very low-quality dress that looks nothing like the pictures shown on the website. The color is different, the design is different, and the fabric is poor quality. You can tell it’s substandard at first sight!
I wrote to their customer service requesting a return and refund, but nobody responded. I then filed a dispute with my American Express card. It turns out that as long as the merchant ships the product, the bank sides with them. So I received no refund at all.
I don’t want more customers to fall into the same trap set by this dishonest and unethical seller. Be alert for ECNWA!

No customer service number. No response when I emailed them to get a refund. I never order from this website. I would not recommend this website. Very disappointing!

Tried to return an item the link for returns dosen t work and when you try to email them direct a message comes back with 'mailbox full' error
There is only a 14 day window for returns so l ll either not get my refund or hopefully someone will get back to me. Poor customer service.
