Well, what can I say? I love writing positive reviews with exuberant praise ending in ‘Highly recommended’. Poor service I prefer in general to pass over in silence. However, my experience with Ecomove was such that I hope to help others in their choices and perhaps – just perhaps – encourage Ecomove to improve their service and customer relations. I took in my Raleigh electric bike, with a Bosch system, early one Friday morning because the electrics had completely ceased. I explained that it wasn’t the battery, as I had checked that. Fine – Ecomove specialises in electric bikes including Raleigh and particularly Bosch electrics. I also wanted a complete service of the bike. Notes were taken as I explained the problem as I understood it. I knew going to Ecomove would be expensive, but they impressed as being well equipped and I was prepared to pay. Midafternoon the following Wednesday I received a phonecall. I assumed it was to tell me all was now fixed and I could collect the bike. The time for the work was a bit longer than with previous electric bikes taken to other companies, but tolerable. Alas, however, the person phoning started by referring to ‘the bike I had taken in that morning’! He then told me that although I said the electrics kept stopping in fact he had found that the electric system wasn’t working at all. But, he assured me, his investigations had shown it wasn’t the battery! It had taken the best part of a week for me to be told what I knew already and had told them. When I said this was not good enough and frankly disappointing, to be fair he agreed and was very apologetic (words, words - memories of Boris Johnson). I returned the next day to collect my bike. I shall take it elsewhere. The person I spoke to when wheeling the bike away offered no further apology but mumbled that ‘the electrician had been unavailable’. This is a place specialising in electric bikes that has no one available for the best part of a week who is capable of working with a bike’s electrics! This whole experience has been time consuming and distressing. I love my electric Raleigh, which is only a couple of years old, but I still do not have an electric bike with working electrics. Ecomove highly recommended? Judge for yourself!

As a first-time vehicle (eMoped) buyer, they've been patient, friendly, informative, instantly helpful with any questions I've had, answered everything clearly and given me great advice in general about how to maintain the bike and how to get it set up and ready to go.

Even the delivery man was friendly, polite and funny.

I wish more businesses were ran like this. Every member there is an asset to the team.

I bought a brand new ebike online and have had nothing but problems with it so far. I dropped in to Eco Move for some advice as I was passing and they have been brilliant. The first time was a free bike check to let me know what was wrong, the bike then was fixed by the people I bought the bike from but they didn’t tighten the wheel properly so i had big problems when I took it out for a ride. I was back to see Lee for it to be repaired and he sorted it out for me straight away. Brilliant team, brilliant service. Thanks for your help guys. I’ll be back for a service in 6 months.

They have a good range of eco friendly bikes and scooters so you can choose from a variety of options.

We were served by Mark, who talked us though all the options available and was a very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful member of staff.

They also have a mini track at the rear of the store so you can test drive any of their bikes, which is a real bonus.

All in all, highly recommended.

Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend.
The after customer service is second to none, helped in many ways, from fitting the correct helmet to security locks and more.
The only two wheel vehicle I’ve had, was a pushbike. Ecomove took me from that to an electric moped, tailored to my needs. I have a daily 6 mile inner-city round trip, my new ebike is perfect.

I bought my Niu Electric Motorbike from EcoMove and i have never regretted it. The service and support from them was excellent which was invaluable because it’s the first time i have bought a motorbike. Having researched stores in Bristol and beyond, they are the go-to for anything electric on two wheels!

Brilliant shop, they were so helpful and patient with me as I reserved a bike and then had to wait a while to be ready to collect it and pay off my remaining balance. They were super friendly throughout and gave great after care service, replacing a part for me a couple weeks after I bought got my bike as it wasn't functioning properly.
Would recommend them to anyone!

Ecomove listened to what I needed, and then advised me on exactly what model would suit me. They were efficient and personable. I have been very happy with my silent, clean, nippy and green electric moped. Highly recommend it.
