Help and quick action. Good and efficient communication. I didn't expect that within two weeks of applying, I would have a new boiler and new attic floor insulation. The work went quickly and efficiently.

I recently had a new boiler and loft insulation installed through the scheme and had a positive experience.
Connor was my main point of contact and was professional, knowledgeable and always on hand to answer any questions I had.
Updates from Harris were also really helpful and kept me informed, so I knew what was happening and what to expect next.
The work itself was completed efficiently.
I would highly recommend this scheme and the team behind it to anyone who is eligible. A genuinely positive experience from initial survey right through to completed installation. I just need to do some touch ups due to my previous boiler being so big and bulky in comparison to the sleek new one (a problem I don’t mind having!) Thank you to Connor and the team

All great, until it wasn’t! Avoid this company and the scheme at all costs. They are very happy to get people onboard and take their portion of the government funding and when something goes wrong, they completely absolve themselves of any responsibility and simply blame the installing company. Now they do not return calls. We have been left without a gas supply to the property for one month. No heating, no hot water, and no ability to use a cooker because of a very dangerous installation using undersized pipes, resulting in the meter being capped off by Gas Safe. I am now left with a bill of up to £2000 to make it safe.

I cannot recommend enough. The professional service we received from Connor who organised and planned everything was 1st class . Shout out to the 2 engineers who installed the boiler system who were friendly , professional and very respectful to the property while installing . They made sure we were fully compliant with operating instructions and I amazed how much a difference this has made . Credit where credit is due .

Fantastic company from survey to installation in less than a week. They did exactly what they said they would do. Connor guided us through it all. I would like to so thank the 4 engineers 2 of whom came to finish the job on Saturday and worked till nearly 10pm at night to get it finished. They did a really tidy job. All concerned have been so helpful taking care to do as little damage as possible. Thank you all so much.

Amazing and helpful company.
The application process was easy and fast. Great communication and quick responses to all my enquiries. My little one and I used to live in a freezing cold flat with a 40-year-old boiler and almost non-existent insulation. Eco4 and especially Connor, helped us to get approved for a grant. We now live in a cosy and warm place.
