Slater was knowledgeable and responsive throughout the installation of a boiler . She has responded to all my text messages and when we had an issue was happy to help . The installers were friendly and the tenant overall was happy with the work .

Not even a real company. Non english speaking men. All Indian. Rough. Late. Share the few tools they had. Cut every corner and still unfinished. Put a radiator behind a door. Now door bangs into radiator valve. Holes made and cut and old heating system ripped out. Told a fixer would correct and box and make good after they finished. Weeks have passed. Contacted Eco4energy and NRS they said they used for loft installation replacement and to fit new radiators. Still nothing. Lots of emsils and calls. Both companies in cohoots. No worl checks. All work very poor quality. And no fixer to repair walls move wrong radiator and patch up hole in kitchen from old heating system.
Someone needs to seriously shut them dowm before their poor work gets someone killed. Gas is involved for gods sake!!!
The council need to seriously check these cowboy companies they give these contracts too!! Makes no seense all our tax money wasted like this!!!!

Happy with the work that was done, did have an issue with a leak but the team were brilliant and got it sorted really quick, they went above and beyond to help and make sure everything all good, I highly recommend

The team are Eco4 were fantastic! Any queries I had they were straight on it and they were very quick to respond to the what’s app messages. We had the insulation replaced and a new combi boiler fitted and they were both done and fitted in a day. Both teams were amazing and really lovely guys.

I have just had a worcester greenstar 4000 condensing boiler fitted under the eco4 government scheme costing me absolutely nothing!! At first I thought it can't be true but it is. There are loads of companies out there offering this service so I did my research and came across eco4 energy saving. They had only 5* reviews so decided to go with them. The service they gave me was faultless. Communication was excellent and the guys were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this company if you qualify for a new boiler. Very helpful and very fast service. Within two weeks of sending my application details over I had a new boiler and loft insulation!
I had some problems the following day and the team were incredibly helpful and resolved everything the same day!
